Very good food with excellent flavour, balanced sauces, tender meat, vegetables cooked to perfect doneness. Prompt courteous non nonsense service. Lots of older Chinese customers which also lends credibility to the quality. One star off because they appear to still offer shark fin soup on the menu.
We have a family dinner for Autumn Moon Festival tonight, our favourites were definitely the Roast BBQ Goose, crispy skin and juicy inside. All of the other dishes were delicious: black pepper Wagyu and photos, our kids are enjoy the sweet and sour pork in whole Pineapple etc.
Overall, the dining experiences was great!
