Ribeye had a lot of gristle but flavour was good. I would still recommend the dineout meal as it was pretty good value.

I ordered pesto linguine with chicken and my friend ordered a PB&J burger with fries - both were excellent. Service from Siobhan was top-notch - warm and friendly, just the right amount of contact. We'll be back!

Everything was great! The staff was very friendly and welcome. The food was so delicious! We came for my friend's birthday and they gave him a handwritten card, which was very kind! I also requested a table with a water view and we got that. Very much appreciated!

Way over valued !! Surf and turf comes with a steak and generous amount of sea food! NOT 2 small shrimps and 2 small scallop.(they were adversitiedas prawns and scallops) Need to know the denitition of prawns . Steak was really bad and hard to chew . Seating arrangements were terrible. Reservation people were literally pushed into the extra small room instead of the main part of the restaurant . Felt like in a small barn having a meal at someone's funeral!

Food was ok. The problem in this restaurant was that we had a reservation, and I can completely understand that they said there's 2hr limit, but we were in the middle of eating and having some more drinks. The server came to let us know 15mins before that our time is almost up, we were going to order some more food, but obviously we lost our appetite because of that. We've been to other places like Central, Milestones, Joeys, and Earls we've never had this kind of treatment, all of which had reservations. The fact that there were so many empty tables still at that time, between 4-6pm on Friday night why not let your customers stay? All of our reservations from other restaurants were all around happy hour 4-6 and we were never told that “our time is almost up” That was rude Not going back Thanks

I had a party of 12 for my birthday in November. We got sat in the smaller side room that is detached from the main restaurant. The service was great, however the door was left open and everyone was freezing cold from the draft. They weren't able to close the doors since servers needed to get in and out so frequently, so that was slightly uncomfortable as we sat wrapped up in our coats. The service was amazing for such a large group, but the server did not let everyone know that there was an auto gratuity applied to the bill, so a few of my friends ended up tipping close to 50% of their bill, which they were not happy about. Other than that it was a great experience.

Excellent! I was using chat GPT as instrument to find perfect match for my B-day restaurant. And after long consideration between a numbers of other restaurants, decided to go with Tap & Barrel. And honestly, it does fullfil my expectations and needs. Recommend to visit in Vancouver. Thanks to the team!

We had six people and had a fun time at our table. Brian our server was great and knowledgeable on drinks and the menu. We'd definitely go back!

The spicy tuna burger was delish! Our server was top-notch too - attentive but not intrusive, sense of humour, and good recommendations.
