I just came back from Okinawa and came here and it reminded me of my trip. Very authentic and flavourful bowl of noodles and very nice staff. I would highly suggest this place

delicious!!! Japanese service = kindness and attention
The place could be nicer but it's not terrible. It's not for going on a date with your girlfriend if what you want is to take photos in the place... if what you want is crazy food, this is the place.
come on, dude

Food is alright, but the long wait time (30 min lineup and 30 min at table) and price so it's a 3

An interesting concept that you don't see often in Vancouver. Rather than a brick and mortar premises, Tatchan Noodle uses a cart with benches and tables. In addition to saving on overhead costs, I imagine this helps invoke a vaguely Japanese vibe/atmosphere.
As for the food, the noodles were very good, with the pork belly/pork bone being delectable and melting in your mouth. No complaints here, and I'd love to come back for more.
Tatchan switches locations and uses social media to advertise this, so make sure you check their Instagram before making the trip to see them!

The food is so mid for the price point that I cannot fathom why this place has such a high rating other than people having the Japan filter in their head plus Instagram brain rot.

Great place for ramen and a very authentic Japanese street ramen vibe. The place had very limited seatings so it gets filled quickly. We went there around 5:45 and we were taking up the last spots. Lots of street parking around the area.
Very delicious and hearty comfort food! Both the pork belly and pork soft bone were super tender and full of flavour.

Feel like I went back to japan! Very great noodles.
There were only 2 stuffs, so you would need to wait for 10-15 mins.
Great quality- Highly recommend!!

Definitely my pick of Japanese authentic soba in Vancouver. Friendly staffs. Soba and soup is always mouth watering. This special pepper power imported from Ishigaki, Japan enhanced the flavour a lot. If you want to visit. Make sure to check out their IG for up-to-date opening date and hours.

Service else is good. But meat and soup too much sugar too sweet, not healthy.
