all the food was amazing but I really recommend the ragu pasta and the sticky toffee pudding for dessert it was to die for. Our server was fun, very attentive as well topping our waters constantly and had a great pace with us throughout the night. Unfortunately I did not catch his name but he was the taller male with dark hair serving jan 19th at 6pm. We really enjoyed everything and will definitely be coming here a lot more such a great spot!

Food was pretty good. I had the special pasta spicy lamb sausage rigatoni. It was very good and they make great pasta sauces with well cooked pasta. Brussel sprouts during happy hour were very tasty and portion size was good. My friend had a vegetarian spaghetti pasta which also had great flavour. I ordered a happy hour beverage, I think it was something about a plane. It tasted good and I would try another variation or their cocktails again.

Overall food was good. Service is okay. For a weekday it wasnt very busy, but I felt like they wanted us out. We were only there for 2 hours. One thing I did not like was hour noisy the restaurant was. I felt like I had to shout to talk to my friend who sat across from me. Tables were tight and the people next to us almost smacked my friend in the face while putting on her jacket. I lost my voice after 2 hours and did not want to stay anyways because I couldn't stand the noise anymore. Would come for the food, but not great to meet a friend for a conversation.

The staff at Tavola blew me away tonight. I placed a birthday dinner order on DoorDash and the dasher never picked it up. The staff bent over backwards to make it right even though it wasn’t their issue to solve. Ten star customer service!!! (And the food is also amazing which is why I placed the order there to begin with!) Thanks again, Tavola staff!!

Good food, good wine list, good atmosphere, with excellent service. My one complaint is that they had no Peroni beer. Peroni should be in a every Italian restaurant, as it's Italy's national beer! When I brought this to the owners attention he was a bit snarley and defensive about it, instead of being gracious and understanding.

So pleased that Tavola is open for brunch/lunch on weekends! The street side patio welcomes dogs and provides a calm and attractive dining experience for a summer day. Our server, Anita, greeted us warmly and provided both attentive service and excellent recommendations! The food and drinks were very high quality and enjoyed by all in our group. We are looking forward to a return visit!

This little neighbourhood Italian spot in the Westend often flys under the radar, but it’s well worth repeat visits. Their dishes are consistently fresh and delicious with excellent daily specials. The wine list is a little limited considering the calibre of food they offer, but one can usually find something decent at good value. The warm and inviting staff usually provide very good service in an atmosphere that is both comfortable and unpretentious. Some of the hits include: bigoli and meatballs, brick chicken and sticky toffee pudding.
