MID MID MID MID walk 3 extra minutes and go get some boba from chattime
Their iced matcha latte is super good, and fair in pricing, plus their service is really quick. I’m a student at UBC and always stop by in comparison to other cafes. I like tea dot and id recommend it to outsiders and students/staff on campus. The bubbletea cup is also super cute :)
I got me a Mango Dragon Tea slush, with boba pearls and some jelly. Honestly, the slush tasted good! The boba texture and flavour was good, and the jelly was good as well. The flush was refreshing, although, to be honest, I didn't feel too much mango even though it was a Mango Dragon Tea slush, it was more like a Dragon Tea slush than a Mango Dragon Tea slush. Despite that, the slush tasted good, the price was fair for the size of the drink and the service was quick!
I usually like their strawberry milk tea, so today I went with three friends to have it again. We ordered four strawberry milk teas with different ice and sugar levels.
When the drinks were served, all the sugar and ice levels were mixed up, but we thought maybe we made a mistake, so we just took the drinks and left the Nest.
Later, when we started drinking, we realized that none of the drinks were even strawberry milk tea. How can all four drinks be completely wrong?
We were already far from the store and walking, so we didn’t go back to change them. But honestly, this level of service was shockingly bad—it’s hard to believe everything could be wrong with all four orders.
Extremely slow and unpleasant service :( Came here at 5:30pm on a Monday and saw multiple people step out of line because none of the employees were attempting to take their order
really good but they KEEP FORGETTING MY PEARLS 😭
probably the worst bubble tea i’ve ever had. i have no words. not even picture worthy
I visited Teadot with the hopes of getting a yummy bubble tea. I was very disappointed. I ordered a Passionfruit Tea with Lychee Popping Pearls (50% ice, 75% sugar). However, my drink tasted nothing like passionfruit, but was rather two very large slices of lemon and a concerning amount of ice (with a couple of lychee popping pearls). I decided to give it a try but was very shocked when all I kept getting in my straw was lemon seeds. Not to mention, the music in the shop was very loud and made it difficult to read the menu and order.
Great bubble tea and excellent customer service. I got the matcha strawberry.

Like their boba! Tastes good!
Just hoping they have some self-order machines such as the ones in downtown.

Love the $3 boba on Hinbor.
Also could you please get some self-order kiosks such as Great Dane Coffee ? It’s so hard to communicate with cashiers when it’s busy and loud.

The amount of waiting is absolutely horrendous. Half an hour???? It's bubble tea, not fine dining. Even the wait time for the appetizer at a steak house is shorter than this. Also made a 50% sugar drink a no sugar drink. Absolutely would highly recommend steering away from this place, unless you are comfortable drinking a no sugar bubble tea with no tapioca and have plenty of time sitting around, which I imagine is quite uncommon in a university environment.

I like Citrus Orange Tea 🍊
Delicious, great flavors, nice packaging.
Ordered the ube Thai milk tea (50% sugar&ice) and sparkling butterfly (50% sugar and ice). The ube Thai milk tea was still very sweet so I recommend getting 30% sugar but the sparkling butterfly is very good. I believe it is made with one slice of lemon, butterfly pea tea, and sparkling water. Overall good! Would come back to try again if I’m ever in the area!
