Owner was very rude.
I went in here to get some teas for work, and the workers were extremely kind and welcoming! They made me a tea while i was browsing, and smell all the teas I was looking at!
The place is super nice inside and they have TONS of options! Highly recommend if you are in need of teas!

I went to your store in Richmond, the people are very nice, I took some pics of your sister store
I bought some Pu’er to try, and guess what!? I open the bag and it’s moldy! Moreover, it’s not even real Pu’er - tasted like absolute garbage! No surprise why it’s buy two get one free.. fake tea spotted

Amazing place for high quality tea. The staff is super informative and friendly. They also have a tea club for regulars. If you are looking for high end Chinese tea this is the spot.
