I went to your store in Richmond, the people are very nice, I took some pics of your sister store
I bought some Pu’er to try, and guess what!? I open the bag and it’s moldy! Moreover, it’s not even real Pu’er - tasted like absolute garbage! No surprise why it’s buy two get one free.. fake tea spotted

Amazing place for high quality tea. The staff is super informative and friendly. They also have a tea club for regulars. If you are looking for high end Chinese tea this is the spot.
Great tea! Great service! I bought the 'cheaper' jasmine tea and it already tasted much better then what I've ever had in a teabag or other tea places. Recommend!
Love my regular visits to Ten Ren. Friendly staff, good quality products at reasonable prices (LOVE the regular sale bargains). My favourite is the matcha like powder from Taiwan for less than half the price of Japanese matcha brands ... it tastes better too! Less bitter (the sweeter taste of the leaves makes it taste delicious), and it is easy to make a paste). I drink this every day for health reasons and am so glad I found it here.Everything we have tried is of excellent quality and reasonable price for good quality tea.Ten Ren is now my "go to", in all the Lower Mainland ( and I do NOT live close).THANKs to all the staff and generous owner.Looking forward to when they can host tea sampling again,Gratefully, Donna
