If you like burgers, fries or desserts you’ll love Tera V Burger. I don’t go for burgers normally but really loved the Coleslaw Crsipy - total hit. Heads up there are two veg burgers that aren’t Ⓥ so make sure you state you’re Ⓥ when ordering - staff is knowledgeable.

Staff are nice and friendly to answer my queries as I don’t take garlic and onion (allium). They have checked through the ingredients and highlighted the allergy information. Glad to find this place when travel to Vancouver. ????
The sweetest girls run the place. First and only cake shake I’ve ever had in my life was here and I can’t stop thinking about it!!! The chicken burgers and chicken nuggets are also fire. Everything is plant based except for one random cooler of cow dairy ice cream, I had seen them on delivery apps before when visiting van and been skeptical because of that but rest assured everything is vegan otherwise. So much love for this place from naked cafe in Kelowna!! ? ? next time I’ll take pictures and update my review

Ordered waffles via delivery. They arrived rock hard and inedible with melted ice cream all around it. I was bending my metal fork trying to just pick them up. There was no ice cream shown in the photos or specified on the menu but what a pleasant surprise. Straight into the trash can they go and a wasted $25.

I love the burgers (esp the chicken ones) and the desserts and the onion rings. So good! The fries are a little soggy and limp tho I don’t recommend them.

I had their saturday special wraps. Butter chicken(vegan) and crispy sweet chilli. They were really good. Unique collection of burgers, wraps, and desserts. I will try more of it soon. Service by dilpreet was friendly, quick and helpful.

Awesome vegan fast food option. We tried the Buffalo Jalapeno and Crispy Hot Chick-un burgers and they were both awesome. Fries were good too and everything was made fresh. Friendly staff and very clean, I would definitely recommend.

The staff at W. BROADWAY consistently screw up orders that endanger people with celiac health allergies. What’s the point of offering gluten free buns when almost every single time we order gluten free, we almost always get buns with gluten that make my partner unwell?! This is a MAJOR health concern for someone who is seriously celiac and accidentally eats gluten due to Tera staff’s carelessness. Not only can they not eat the food, but we just wasted a good amount of money only for them to go hungry.
Not only that, but when we walked in to pick up our order tonight, the person behind the counter was on her phone and didn’t even turn around until I cleared my throat.
Two stars for good menu, minus two stars for consistently screwing up the gluten-free orders, minus one star for slow and poor service.
