Be careful of how long it takes for you to finish the food as well. Deliveries are on Mondays and towards the end of the week, some of the rice dishes were starting to turn sour.

We have ordered meals several times and have never been disappointed. They are delicious and satiating and the best part, convenient. Delivered to your home on Monday evening, you are set up for a week of prepared meals. We order what we like in multiple quantities and you can add your choice of protein. With Sandwiches/wraps, hearty salads and comforting mains, there is something for everyone.

So nice that the food is all vegan. Great flavour, I enjoyed all of the dishes. Too many onions and not enough other veggies in a couple, otherwise I would have given 5 stars. Convenient, and I got 30% off as a first time customer so was a great deal! I recommend if you’re short on time and want to eat healthy and delicious vegan food.

Took advantage of their special for new customers and was impressed by their food. Ordered a variety of items from their rotating menu. Our favourites were the Breakfast Bowl, Banh Mi Bowl and Tuscan Panini. Great flavours all around. The Breakfast Bowl was a tad greasy (as the oil was coming through the compostable bowl even at delivery), but it was packed full of ingredients including vegan sausage and hash browns! Loved the hoisin 'chikun' and braised cabbage in the Banh Mi Bowl, although we wish it came with more mayo. We found the Cuban Picadillo could've had less olives. I'd skip the Oreo Brownie ($4.75) in the future, as it was quite small for the price.
Their mains that can be eaten for lunch/dinner range from $13 to $16 before add-ons, so it's not the cheapest option, but the portion sizes are fair and so delicious as plant-based meals! Would recommend, even just for a week. I look forward to ordering again when their menu rotates!
