The portion is quite small for the price they charged. Definitely too small for hungry clients.

I visited the location near Canada Place in downtown Vancouver with my three children for lunch. The attitude of an older Asian gentleman working there was absolutely unacceptable. We stood waiting while he and others were chatting for about five minutes. When I told him we were ready, his facial expression and response were awful. He snapped, “And? Go ahead and order.” I was shocked by the way he treated us and just stared at him. He repeated, “What? Go ahead, order,” in a completely disrespectful tone. I even asked if he was okay, and he rudely replied, “Just order.”

His behavior was not only rude but felt racist. I do not recommend this place at all.

It was my first time ordering from Thai Express on Uber Eats, and it really met my expectations 🥰. Even though the box looked 'small,' it was more than enough. The shrimp and vegetables were so fresh and tasty!

This is probably my worst experience with rice bowl. I tried to find at least something good to say, and I normally do not write reviews if I do not like the food, but this was so disappointing that I had to let people know. Small portion, tasteless rice, not even a pinch of seasoning, and sauce tastes like the one from the bottle from walmart (I am not joking). This small box was 19$ without tax. I am so so disappointed.

What a disappointment. Last time I came, the pad thai had an amazing wok hey taste. This time, everything was absolutely bland, like no salt or something like that, and no flavour. I don't know what I was eating but definitely not a pad thai. The fried chicken was the same, no taste at all. I was starving and got very frustrated I couldn't have a nice meal, ended up buying more food elsewhere.

Just ordered Pad See Ew, in the to go container. I only ordered in the container because when I order in Edmonton it’s comes full and I can’t finish it. This was about 3/4 of the container and since the largest part of the container is the top it was practically empty. Then I was looking for chicken and there were maybe three pieces. It was mostly egg. What a disappointment, save your money and order from Edo. My daughter’s meal with drink and side (shrimp tempura) came to $18.32, mine for just the main course was $16.

Lady working today as the cashier needs to be friendly or atleast smile and not get annoyed on how much the lobster is. Speak clearly and loudly so we don’t need to ask and repeat yourself.

horrible experience. I am celiac and ordered a gluten free dish to go. Not only did they serve it on a plate, but after they scooped it into a box, there was no sauce, the noodles were stale. And there was egg in my dish. Meaning it was contaminated and i lost 15$. Horrible.

It's the worst tasting Thai Express I've ever been to.
I ate chicken 4 times, but the chicken didn't taste good and wasn't crispy, probably because it had been fried for a long time. I'm tired of wasting money. I'd rather eat the chicken.

Normally, I like Thai express to escape the fatty food selections of the mall... but today's serving came mostly in one big blob of noodles. Therefore, there was little to be desired. In my picture, I broke up my blob of noodles. If this continues, I wont be returning here
