Wouldn’t take my order 30 mins before close, not only that they don’t put sauce on the pad Thai really so it’s dry, and if you want more they charge you a lot more it’s insane

I would have preferred 2 small containers for Uber eats. One with the curry, one with rice. The big box was mostly rice that absorbed all the curry. A little bit more chicken goes a long way for making it a better dish

I ordered the tom yum soup without noodles to go, they still got me the noodles…

Got vegan pad Thai and pad see ew on uber. Both dishes were not seasoned. The flavor was like drinking a litre of water with a tsp of soy sauce in it. Very bland. Would not order again.

Got the tofu fried rice to bring home. Usually this place is pretty good, quality has gone down but I still go occasionally when I want quick fried rice, unfortunately I took a bite and found a staple in my food today. Made me nervous to eat the rest of the container

I visited the location near Canada Place in downtown Vancouver with my three children for lunch. The attitude of an older Asian gentleman working there was absolutely unacceptable. We stood waiting while he and others were chatting for about five minutes. When I told him we were ready, his facial expression and response were awful. He snapped, “And? Go ahead and order.” I was shocked by the way he treated us and just stared at him. He repeated, “What? Go ahead, order,” in a completely disrespectful tone. I even asked if he was okay, and he rudely replied, “Just order.”

His behavior was not only rude but felt racist. I do not recommend this place at all.

Just had the lobster pad thai 🦞. Amazing.

It was my first time ordering from Thai Express on Uber Eats, and it really met my expectations 🥰. Even though the box looked 'small,' it was more than enough. The shrimp and vegetables were so fresh and tasty!

This is probably my worst experience with rice bowl. I tried to find at least something good to say, and I normally do not write reviews if I do not like the food, but this was so disappointing that I had to let people know. Small portion, tasteless rice, not even a pinch of seasoning, and sauce tastes like the one from the bottle from walmart (I am not joking). This small box was 19$ without tax. I am so so disappointed.
