Listen to reviews. Guy at the front is miserable working this job, almost as if someone is forcing him to work here. Doesn't say anything, sits in the back on his phone for 5 minutes before acknowledging you're there even though you make eye contact.
Food is garbage, actually got sick the same night I ate here.
Save your money.

horrible horrible service by the girl taking my order. literally standing in front of her waiting for her to even acknowledge me. nope. her head was down punching stuff into her cash register for a good minute before saying curtly “i’ll be with you in a moment”.
when she finally did take my order, she seemed like i was totally inconveniencing her. SO rude. i was so close to walking away but really wanted the tom yum soup. paper napkins were too far for me to teach myself so i had to ask her for some and she was annoyed that she had to give it to me. don’t come here. they won’t treat you very well. they really don’t deserve anyone’s patronage. spend your money at the other food stalls.

I ordered the fried rice. The rice tasted like it had sat in the fridge for a 3 days before they threw it into the wok. There was 3 pieces of pineapple in the whole box and *maybe* one piece of tomato. The chicken tasted like it had been pre boiled before being added to the wok. Even though the dish presents with a dark amber color, somehow it was flavourless!
Save your money, eat somewhere else! Don’t waste your $16 like I did.
(And like so many other fast food business that offer zero/poor service and crappy food, they have the nerve to ask for a tip on the pin pad!)

Service was horrible. Ordered a veggie stir fry that has barely any veggies and all noodles. I would not recommend this location. Didn’t realize I am paying 20$ for just noodles. Extremely disappointed and irritated with the service I received.

I ordered a beef basil fried rice but they gave me a different one. Also, they never called my order number and the employees just put it in the pick up area. While i was on the cashier area, I said hello a lot of time and the guy who is working at the back, he knows i kept saying hello and never look at me and they never greeted or acknowledge me. Please do something with this.

I like this place and had noodles many times but today I had unhappy experience. I got a noodle soup for to go and I was waiting for a bus outside of the building… then I noticed something wrong in the paper bag. Ended up whole soup was leaking and the paper bag was useless. I couldn’t go back to the store since I was rushing for a meeting but that’s terrible ?

Good service and good food, I do not recommend ordering at home, it is better to go and buy it directly since Uber Eats sent my order very badly
The new chef at harbour centre location makes an amazing basil chicken fried rice! Very consistent on my last three visit. Happy to find that I can satiate my Thai express craving at this location again.

Terrible experience at Thai Express today. Ordered the Pad Thai with Chicken for 15 bucks. The chicken was super stringy and tough (probably boiled it before adding it to the wok), the food was greasy and had a unusually strong smoky ashy smell (I suspect because of the state of the wok). There was one solidified piece of tofu in the dish and no peanuts were added. Please choose some other place to eat if you're at harbour center.
