Authentic Vietnamese dishes with fresh flavors and generous portions. Friendly service and great for a casual meal. Lady staff is very nice

I got take out because I was in a hurry and had errands to do. I'm always on the go and if I have the chance to have something gluten free I would, it digests better and it's much healthier. I tried their vietnamese prawn salad roll and it was very satisfying. Fresh rolls are a healthier option as fast food. I was set to complete my errands with a full tummy.

The food and overall service were actually good, but I had a confusing experience at the cashier. My bill was about $60 and I paid $100. They gave me around $30 back, so I thought tips were included and just took the bills, leaving the coins. Then the staff asked for tips again, and I gave another $5.
When I stepped outside and did the math, it didn’t add up. I went back, and they claimed they had given me $40, but I clearly only received $30. After I pointed it out, they quickly gave me the extra $10 without explanation.
This felt very strange and left me questioning their honesty. I hope the restaurant improves transparency at the front desk to avoid similar experiences for other customers.

The lady that runs this location is very nice and makes sure everyone is happy. The pho here is perfect seasoning and it always taste the same.
Noodle completely broken, less than 2 inch long each, the last time I was there.
The food was alright, service not too bad, but I was in shock to see that they store bottles of unused oil and some chemicals for cleaning in the washroom for customers, right next to the toilet. There is also a mouse trap right under the sink, doesn’t look safe for kids
Literally so delicious. The portions were so big I had to take some home to finish! Very filling and with great deliciousness I would definitely come back. Too bad it’s empty most of the time, this place is so underrated! The rice is perfectly cooked, the egg is nice and runny and it pairs so well with the rice! The chicken was so tender and I loved the pickled carrots and radish. It was so crisp and juicy. Lots of spoons and utensils on the tables and many seating options. Waiters had a language barrier but the numbered menus really did help. All I had to do was point at the number and say how many I wanted. Definitely recommended I would have this every day if I could! Price isn’t so bad for once person. It’s filling and big portion so it’s worth the price.
The broth and portions were pretty good.
Cash-only establishment so just don’t forget if you add a tip, it’s on top of the tip that Canadian taxpayers are already giving them on their underreported income.
Used to love coming here to eat while I was growing up. Cost of all the dishes has gone up too much recently and now no longer worth it in my opinion.
Not to mention that my most recent experience, the food tasted old and the plate of bean sprouts I was given was spoiled. I couldn’t finish my meal due to the taste.
This place is not the gem it used to be anymore. Will not be coming back.
So delicious pho 😍

I kinda wanted to like this place as portion size was decent with fair pricing especially with Tuesday 10% off special. But what killed me was the service, wasn’t really pleasant. They also only accept cash so there is that also. Overall, this is an ok Pho place but nothing really stands out.
Parking: Pretty small standard Vancouver plaza so don’t expect to easily find parking’s during busy hours.

How could there be such poor service in Vancouver? We arrived at the restaurant quite late, but they didn't say they were closed or not accepting customers. Initially, the first server even seated us, but then the second server, while taking our order, started showing a bad attitude, complaining, and rushing us, saying "hurry up!" Oh my god, if we weren't so tired, we would have left right away. The server kept a stern face the whole time. The food wasn't anything special either, and the spring rolls were overcooked and burnt. We will never come back again.

TL:DR the food is okay. It's rather greasy though compared to what I've tried in other pho places.
Their prices are the only good thing here.
Service is as bad as they come. If there was an opposite of a man full of smiles, it would be here. A lady full of frowns. And rude.
Okay, and lastly is the dining atmosphere. Upon entry we were greeted with not the waitress, but the smell of heavily bleached floors. They had just finished cleaning and left the tub of water out on the floor.
Would not recommend.
