A great cafe with fresh, healthy options made fresh to order. The owner operators were very friendly and accommodating. Relaxing environment and wonderful example of a local business done right.

A gem of a cafe! The food is so delicious, fresh and the owners so welcoming. I love visiting for lunch whenever I can and never left feeling disappointed! You can’t go wrong with their chicken schnitzel, sandwiches or even something from their rotating hot menu. Never had a bad meal!

This place is absolutely incredible, german owner. Their pickled onions are to die for, bread is fluffy and crispy, and the amount of fresh quality veggies they give you is out of ordinary.

I was unfortunately disappointed overall with my Mediterranean Vegetarian Sandwich especially when factoring in the $16 price. Perhaps the farm to table options are why they have such great reviews but those options are pretty expensive for a cafe, it's kind of like restaurant prices but small cafe setting which just wasn't for me.

Honestly the food was so incredible. The chef was humble and a genius and the woman who helped me at the front immediately felt like my mom, away from home. She knew everyone's name. Made me feel safe and warm and I can't wait to go back. SUCH an incredible experience.

Such a lovely cafe in Kitsilano! Only 5-10min walk from and to Granville Island. The turkey and swiss cheese sandwich is so delicious, it also comes with a super fresh salad. I also had the apple pie/cake which is light and goes perfect with a coffee. Would love to go back next time I visit Vancouver.
