I like their “no waste” idea and how they seemed to care in every single detail. The menu is not huge, but there are lots of great options.
The only con, in my opinion, is that the restaurant is REALLY small, so despite making a reservation, also be prepared for a noisy meal.
Fine dining with a cozy atmosphere and great for special occasions. We enjoyed the mushroom waffle and potato brunch dishes, both excellent. Meal presentation is beautiful.

We loved their chefs tasting experience. Every dish was carefully prepared and delicious. The environment was great. All the waiting staff were friendly and helpful. One of the best dining experiences of our lives.
