Need to update the hours- I came at 7:40, still not open

I really like this cafe, everything always so good and the behavior of the staff always are cool and friendly, I recommend the Vietnamese latte to everyone, especially cold.

The baked goods are almost always empty and not available. Three times in a row now I have come to Boulevard coffee before noon only to have most if not all of the baked goods sold. Prior to these three times in a row, it would be about 50% of the time the baked goods would all be gone. This seems to be incredibly poor management. They are just throwing money out the door because they could be selling baked goods the rest of the day. Worse, for people like me, who are going in there to spend a substantial amount of money to buy baked goods for my office, I get so frustrated that I just go across the street (50 feet) to JJ Bean , and give them all my business. Unless Boulevard coffee improves its management I don’t see how it can survive and those poor employees working there will be out of work. They are constantly out of product early in the day. I just don’t see how they can compete with JJ Bean. It’s quite astonishing that this is their business model.

I did apply to work there but the manager was super unprofessional amd made me feel super uncomfortable. I don't want to write a bad review but the interview process was mentally draining. What employer will think it's okay to message a potential employee on what's app. Trust me that situation got worse. I even blocked that manager like 3 or 4 times amd I had to send one final email to them for them to finally get it.

The women's bathroom was absolutely disgusting and overly neglected.

The cafe is always well ventilated, the baristas are super kind, the sandwiches are delicious and their Vietnamese latte is immaculate !!

Good Americano!

Incredibly watered down americano and terrible customer service

Probably some of the worst coffee I've ever had for 4 dollars... just asked for drip coffee and it was full of coffee grains... will never be back... would get zero stars if i could give it

How rare to find an on-site coffee roasting operation at a university strip mall but there it is. The coffee is good and the baked goods look appealing.

Excellent coffee - painfully slow. I saw 3 people leave whilst I waited 12+ minutes for my americano. Great coffee, kind employees just ridiculously slow

TLDR: Good coffee, but super slow, so don't go if you're in a rush.I feel conflicted writing this review. While their coffee is good, I cannot say the same about their service. I had gone 4x this week, and each time there was a painfully long wait, as they only have one person working the till AND fulfilling the orders. One day specifically, I watched 3 people in the line ahead of me leave because it was taking so long, a woman was given the wrong drink (but took it anyway because she saw the long line), another girl ordered and was told they didn't have what she wanted AFTER she ordered + paid, and I waited over 10 minutes to place my order, then another 10+ minutes for my americano to be made.Additionally, while there was only one person on till/making orders, there was a girl in the back who was watching and standing as her coworker was rushing/struggling, and who was sitting on her phone. Quite disappointing.
