Luckily, I’m not the only one per previous reviews, but I ordered a taro milk tea it was extremely bland and had no flavour. Pretty much tasted just like straight milk. Pretty upset from this. I don’t think I’ll come back here.

Ordered a DIY Kit for home to make Halloween bubble teas. Service was absolutely amazing and the team were very communicative throughout. I’ve never bought something like this before and they gave me all the info I’d need. Delivery was super fast (next day hand delivered). Can’t wait to try them on the weekend, thank you!

I ordered the coco mango drink and it was SO BLAND. It tasted like coconut milk with sago. No sugar and no mango flavour at all, save your $10.

I should've read some reviews before coming here. I thought the Richmond location was decent many years ago. I've been there since they opened in the early 2010s so how bad could this place be? Even the other common chains are way better.

I ordered a chai latte and cinnamon waffle. It took nearly 20 minutes for me to receive my order. They gave me not a chai latte, just a chai tea with cold milk poured in. It tasted mostly of water, not creamy at all. The waffle after being removed from the iron was placed in front of a dusty fan to cool it off? Seemed super unhygienic… I might have asked for my money back but I’d already waited so long that I just wanted to get out.

All locations of this shop have impressed me and quenched my insatiable thirst for boba tea. Every time I come, I get a new drink, and I love it every time! Alongside the drinks, the atmosphere is charming and very stimulating, with pop culture toys and decorations around. Every now and then, they hold events for Kpop! As a Kpop stan in BC, it's awesome to have two things you love, be one. The location is great and sunny, near water and beautiful spots to sit.
