There are a few bubble tea shops that I frequent in the city because the core centre of their bubble tea pearls is cooked through to softness.
This shops’ pearls softness varied too widely in my personal experiences.
At some point, I went back to replace my pearls which seemed too chewy almost not fully cooked at their core. At another point, I threw away my bubble tea once home cause of the same problem and I didn’t want to go back, and recently, my pearls were too chewy for my liking so I’ve decided to just reboil the pearls at home to guarantee myself soft pearls.
I keep going back over the years, every now and then, because of convenience but 99% of my bubble tea spending is spent else where and I would happily spend it here if the pearls were cooked through to softness or at least in that range of softness. To be fair, I also had scenarios at this store where the pearls were good, and perhaps once or twice where I had perfect pearl softness throughout, but it’s super rare and varies too widely.
I would give zero stars for some of my experiences and I would give five stars for the great ones. I’m putting 4 stars to support a local business, I wish you put more attention on the cooking of the bubble tea pearls, like other tea shops in the city, I would absolutely be more of a happy repeat customer.
The waffles are great but the music will make you suicidal.
I’ve never had such bad service from a boba place ever. The staff made us wait forever before coming to the front to take our order. God knows what she was doing at the back of the kitchen (there was no other customers in the shop so she couldn’t be making another order). The place looks messy, like a teenage girl’s room. Idk what aesthetic this is but it’s not for me. Will never go back
Had to wait half an hour for one bubble tea and waffle. The waffle was some how cold, even though it was freshly made? Wouldn’t go back
this place was my 2020 landmark
Huge variety of drink options and many bubble waffle options to choose from!
The roasted milk tea had a great flavour and the tapioca pearls were perfectly cooked!
Not a family friendly atmosphere. Loud Death Metal music loaded with profanity not appropriate for children.
There drinks here are absolutely incredible. There's usually only one staff member and they don't talk too much but the drinks are out of this world!
Parking: Sometimes there's parking Sometimes there's not. It's a busy area

Past 2 visits I’ve told myself I won’t go back because the milk tea w pearls is below average and $$
They have a good variety of products and most of them are really good. The reason why I removed 2 stars is because the floor is always sticky and is full of things wherever you look at, signs, boxes, toys and other type of things that are not related with bubble tea, which makes you want to get out of the place instead of wanting to enjoy your beverage right there. Also it is always messy (garbage on the floor) in front of the local and they take a lot of time with orders.

The mangonada should not be for sale. I was not expecting tabasco sauce in a bubble tea... That beverage is absolutely disgusting. I will stick to the usual bubble tea flavours.
Had one of their desserts also, this was pretty standard in flavour, but over-priced.
There are a lot of flavour and type combinations, and that's just the bubble tea. I had the mango halo-halo; it was refreshing and quite filling.
It's disappointing that they don't have plastic recycling. There were lots of plastic lids and cups in the garbage.

Best bubble tea I’ve had in the city! Love the lychee flavour, taste like real fruit, not overly sweet! A bit on the expensive side for bubble tea but definitely worth it.

Was rating all 5 before because usually I have no problem, but given the not so good experience on my last visit, I need to edit my rating. If you see people lining, and there's only 1 staff working, better find other options as there's a chance they'll get the orders wrong with too long wait time. It's not really acceptable as the menus aren't cheap.
Worth mentioning though, if you get your drinks right, it's good!

Make sure you give yourself 40-60 mins if you're planning to order here. Although you might be better off commuting to another bubble tea franchise as you're likely to still get your drink faster.
