Pub grub. I was disappointed. I expected more of a British pub but it wasn’t. Should have checked the menu. The food was good but it wasn’t what I was looking for.

Came here late after a gala and the staff were receptive for my group of 10, easily grabbed a table (it was week night) and the staff helped us with buckets of drinks even though bulk ordering was not their preference, they delivered!

In June of 2024, my family of 12 stayed at the Days Inn. We had traveled all day and didn’t want to go far for dinner. We were heading on a cruise and walked to the hotel from the train. The lady that greeted me informed me that the four children traveling with us couldn’t sit inside due to their age. She then called around to other restaurants to see if they could accommodate us? She even walked me to another restaurant to talk with them. So after getting denied, she then suggested doing take out and brought us all menus to look over as we sat in the Days Inn lobby. We ordered their pizzas and rosemary fries. We took all the food back to our rooms and ate in there. It was great and we appreciated going above and beyond to still make sure we could eat. Thank you so much Butcher!

We were recommended to come here and immediately loved it. Friendly staff. Good people. Lots of fun. We’ll be back

Place has so much potential but it’s $3 a pool game (my usual bar is 50¢), and the tip % is calculated post tax!! Beware

I’ve only been once, the place was very quiet, but the service was still stellar! Our server was so friendly and for a big group of friends it was an awesome place. #contestentry

Had a very fun night watching ufc tonight. Our server, josh, was amazing, he kept our drinks full all night. Great atmosphere, food was top notch and service was beyond. Josh was on it. Highly recommend this place for a good time. 5 stars

Drinks and food are overpriced but so is everything else in this godforsaken city. Came for the black lagoon and was not disappointed. That server Chelsea might just be the most friendly human being in our observable universe. Jokes aside, I worked in this industry for 6 years (2 of those years as a floor manager), I'm fully aware of how stressful the job is, always overworked and underpaid. I've worked with a very small handful of people who're able to consistently maintain their composure and positive attitude on busy nights the way she was able to. The place was swamped with customers, I even noticed a bartender get a little irritated but the server remained professional, welcoming and even apologetic for certain other people's mistakes she had no part of. Whatever she's getting paid, it isn't enough. Will be returning with a few friends soon

Cocktail was very good but even if we booked online and there were 2 free table, we waited for 20 minutes, that was a pity cause in general the pub is very good.

I went for the black lagoon pop up and loved it! The cocktails are themed and really good, also pretty strong, talented bar staff, and the place was decorated really well. Spooky and a fun vibe. Staff were super nice, and they have a pool table!
