The Cake & The Giraffe (by appointment only)

Dalana made our wedding cake and it turned out wonderful! We wanted a two tier with the top being cake and the bottom being false, decorated in an art deco style. We went with the Chocolate A-Salt flavour, everyone raved at how delicious it was. Dalana was so great to work with, she helped us keep within budget while still having such a beautiful cake to fit our theme.

Dalana made the cake for our wedding, and it turned out amazingly! She created a beautiful 3-tier cake that looked right out of a magazine. We had 2 tiers of Raspberry Lemonade and 1 tier of Red Bean Matcha, and each flavour was delicious. Both of these flavours were so well balanced and the frosting was not overpowering. Even our guests who do not usually love cake ate their whole slice! Thank you Dalana, we will definitely be back for future cakes!

Dalana created the most beautiful two-tier wedding cake for our special day. She brought our vision of a Lambeth-style (vintage piped) design to life so perfectly—it was absolutely stunning and exceeded all our expectations!

Not only did the cake look incredible, but it tasted amazing too. We chose the Strawberry Lemonade and Passionfruit flavours for each tier, and our guests couldn’t stop raving about them.

Dalana made us the most wonderful little cake and many cupcakes for our guests for our wedding at the Hart House Restaurant on August 30! Dalana made the cake/cupcakes for our wedding, and everything was absolutely delicious! All of our guests commented on how much they enjoyed the flavours. The groom and many of his family members are celiac, and they all loved Dalana’s gluten free options - if you are looking for gluten free baking, this is some of the best that we have had!

On top of everything tasting amazing, Dalana is a true artist and her cake design was beautiful. We sent her a copy of our wedding invitation and she incorporated the designs into the decoration of the cake.

I am still dreaming of the cake Dalana made for our wedding! It was absolutely delicious and stunning and fit so perfectly with my garden party theme! The cupcakes were also a smash hit!
