I have never tried this restaurant before and I always wanted to. We came 2 hours before closing time. we called 20 min prior and they said you cant be on the wait list if your not in person. And they said the wait list was 30 min. We made it to the place 2 hours before cloing time and she said they dont have a place for us because their wait list is 1 hour. They did not want to accommodate us because we were a big group. Very bad experience

Overall experience was mildly intriguing for a 2nd visit only out of obligation to a loved one. The food seems alright when its hot as it arrives but it soon cools down and you find yourself cracking into cool lobster and muscles with a side of warmish rice and noodles. The broccoli dipped in garlic stayed warmer than everything else. I tried this 8 years ago here and wasn't impressed for the $$$ and I tried it again late 2025 and still am not moved much.

Awful experience. Server got our order wrong, drinks didn’t have any alcohol I had 2 and didn’t feel a thing for 13$ a drink. Didn’t ask or bring us any water until we were done with our food never once came and asked us how we were doing or if we needed anything.

They serve Clams but out of 8 clams, 6 were empty shells! We understand the clams being small but empty and charging us for 8 clams when we got 2? The broccoli tastes like seafood, but no surprise as the Broccoli has pieces of inedible seafood in it.

I came here today for crawfish and I will never come back. We ordered 2 pounds of crawfish and 1 pound of clams, the bill was $90 and the food wasn't worth the money. We understand there won't be live crawfish this season, bu i tried frozen crawfish before and never be this bad. The clams were edible but some were bad and smell. Only the chicken tender and fries were fine, i was supper hungry and digging in hope there is come fresh one but i disapointed, I didn't intend to write a review until I spoke to the young waitress and received no apology. She said it was normal and many people eat like this with a rude face. I wonder who would pay $90 for seafood that was so tough and mushy and could be bad for your heath ?The whole time we seating she didnt even come back once to ask how we doing. This is making Vancouver restaurants looks bad.

This is the kind of place you don’t come alone to. You need a friend or two (or more!) to justify buying a giant feast of seafood to share - and it’s oh so worth it. Do not, I repeat, do not lie to yourself and just get an appetizer and a small main, go all out and share a full on boil with your friends. Also, small note that the Cajun fries are top notch. Hot and crisp, with that perfect level of spice that sneaks up on you after a few mouthfuls.
