Wandered into the chickadee room while waiting for our table at a nearby restaurant. The bartender made me the most delicious Pisco sour, and his Stoke for cocktails was so high. He proudly showed me the official bitters for a Pisco sour and talked abt the banana notes.
He also made sure a male seated at the bar left my friend and I alone to our own conversation. Much appreciated.
Wish we could have stayed longer, they were having a theme night w a special menu. They all seemed so into it, what a cool team.

The Dark Matter cocktail was unlike anything I’ve had before—a remarkable take on Hoyne’s classic dark beer, with stout and an incredible sweet foam. Unique and wonderful.

As juke is take out only, next door (chickadee room) serves juke’s chicken and cocktails. The items were a little different - the spicy fried chicken comes in a tangy slightly spicy sauce. The all dressed fries come with an aioli and pickles. Highly recommend the nuggets as they were delicious.

This place is rock solid. The drinks are amazing. The service was spectacular. The collaboration with the neighboring chicken restaurant, next level. Highly recommend this spot.
Funky cocktail bar that partners with the fried chicken joint next door (Juke). Just came in for quickie cocktails but would have stayed longer and ordered the chicken if we could have!
Sophisticated cocktails, nicely made without too much fuss. Good balance. Made in house mocktails that do better with homemade spirit free bases than most commercial non-alcoholic spirits.
This place would punch hard in any major town.
