Super cool spot for vegan eats. A lot of cider options (obviously)had the mushroom poutine and it was fabulous.

Awesome cider selection! We tried five of the ciders and enjoyed them all. We are not from the area, so we’ll have to stop by again if we are in the area to try some more. Service was great. We only tried a brussels sprouts appetizer, so can’t really speak to all the food, but our app was great. Place looks rundown on the outside, but interior was decent.

I always get a flight because there are way too many awesome cider options! Though if you are going to choose just one… the pine colada cider is the top choice for me and my friends. The service is always great with really friendly staff.

Olivia is always our server and she is phenomenal, so hard working, multi Tasker!
Super talented girl, serves multiple tables at once, can spark a conversation at every table, makes cocktails, fills flights of cider and can carry 5 drinks at once to a table!
The food here is also spectacular !
Thank you Cider House for having such a cool place to hang out in Kits!

Such a cute, cosy vibe with a great range of ciders. I loved the strawberry earl grey and the mulled cider the best! Getting the flight is a good idea to try more of their flavours since the menu is quite extensive.
The menu is all plant-based and I’d definitely recommend to just share a bunch of options so you get to try a few things. We got the nachos, oyster mushrooms and the poutine. All super yummy and left us satisfied (shared between four of us).
The server was the most lovely person I’ve met in the hospitality industry since moving here. From the moment we walked in she was helpful, friendly and the perfect amount of casual. The whole night was really lovely and we felt very accommodated, highly recommend. Also looked popular for first dates if you need to keep that in mind 👀

The Cider House is a rare gem for anyone seeking a fully vegan and gluten-free dining experience without compromise. From the moment we walked in with our big group, we were greeted with warm, friendly service that set the tone for the evening. The server was not only knowledgeable about the menu but had also tried all the dishes, making her recommendations feel authentic and trustworthy. We decided to go all out and ordered every appetizer on the menu—and what a feast it was! The Spicy Nachos were a unanimous favorite, topped with perfectly seasoned vegan ground round that added just the right kick. The Mushroom Calamari was another standout, offering a satisfyingly crispy texture paired with two flavorful dipping sauces. And let’s not forget the Artichoke Dip—creamy, rich, and absolutely irresistible. Even the non-vegans in our group were impressed, with everyone saying they'd happily return for another visit. The atmosphere was welcoming, the staff attentive, and the food truly exceptional. With a gluten-free deep fryer ensuring zero cross-contamination, The Cider House goes above and beyond to cater to dietary needs while delivering on taste and quality. Whether you're vegan, gluten-free, or just curious to try something new, The Cider House is a must-visit. We'll definitely be back!

Only stopped by for cider, which was excellent! Many different flavors, including my favorite, strawberry Earl Grey. Get the cider flight if you can!

This is a great place whether you've been drinking cider for years, or if you're a cider newbie. You'll have choices ranging from dry ciders to more sweet ones, depending on your taste. Some ciders are in-house, some are from other BC-area cideries. We got a couple of flights along with tofu bites and the poutine with mushroom gravy. And if you just want a beer or a glass of wine, they've got that.
