I’m extremely disappointed with my order. My receipt clearly shows that I have allergies to cilantro and green onion, yet the restaurant still did not handle my order properly. Allergies are not a “preference” – they are a serious health concern, and this level of carelessness is unacceptable.

On top of that, the food quality did not match what I paid for and was far below expectations. I expect a restaurant to carefully read and respect allergy instructions, especially when health is involved. This was a very disappointing experience and I definitely won’t be ordering again.

Delicious pho. Very tasty bone broth and with a slight hint of cloves. Good portions of meat, as well.

Friendly staff and good venue but the order was not what asked for, the drink was full of ice, two third of glass was full of ice and I never asked cold. They brought another coffee thinking I do not know the coffee I ordered. I lived in Vietnam for several years. I know different kinds of coffee in Vietnam, even I know differences in different parts of Vietnam and differences in food and beverages as I lived there for several years and traveled alot. Their reasoning in this restaurant is not correct, just playing with words.

Dude, I had pho for the first time! The guy at the front desk was so cool and helped me out. He even told us the best pho to get, and gave us some spring rolls.

We had amazing lemongrass chicken on vermicelli, bun Bo hue and ice coffee here. Staff are friendly and genuine, and price is very reasonable.
