I had a sweet chilly tofu wrap and I can’t tell how bad the tofu was… it was old and uncooked and I had to throw it out. Pretty disappointing. Wouldn’t recommend at all.

Have been here multiple times but have never had such poor service as we did today staff seem sluggish and unattentive and couldnt get us all of our food we paid for. If i wanted to have food left out i wouldve gone to McDonald's.

Convenient spot for a meal in the Student Nest. The Delly offers a variety of sandwiches and food ready to go which are not only at a reasonable price for the quantity and quality of the food provided but also provides of healthy and customisable options for a nutritious meal on campus. The service is fast and the staff is attentive.

Overly confusing layout without multiple “order here” signs in places where you aren’t actually intended to order.
Ordered a wrap and a panini, both dry and unpleasant. Meat portions were tiny, banana peppers were given with the stems on, and both were greatly overpriced given their small size and poor quality
Employees clearly did not want to be there, with one sighing and looking away as he tossed my panini onto the counter for pickup
Overpriced, poor quality, and even worse customer service

What has declined, however, and the reason for my lower rating is the cost and quantity. One thin slice of meat does not a turkey sandwich make. Basically, they are still making $5 sandwiches but charging $10 and with less sandwich...

The staff are too unfriendly.The order line is difficult to understand and if you make a mistake, it will be pointed out to you with a straight face.Furthermore, if you order and your order is not called after a few minutes, you ask the person in charge of the kitchen, but they don't speak English or just ask you to go away with a hand gesture. In the end, the staff forgot what I ordered and it was left in the microwave.I'll never go to a store like this again.

However, I was standing in the wrong line and the sandwich staff proceeded to ignore me until another customer got in the correct line and then reminded me that I was standing in the wrong place.
