Wow ? this establishment is something else. The food is to-die-for, the service has been fantastic all 3 times I’ve been so far!! We had Marijke on two of those 3 occasions and she’s a star ⭐️!!! Can’t say enough about the burger, short ribs (dinner & beef dip), the poutine, the chocolate cake (gluten free) and cheesecake too. Outstanding!!! I’m hooked!! YOU MUST TRY IT!!!Vegetarian options: Veggie options certainly available.Dietary restrictions: See above.

The restaurant is very warm, large portions. But without a doubt the best is Melvin, an extraordinary person who makes you have the best time while you enjoy your food.Super recommended!

Marijke has been an amazing server the 2x I've been at the restaurant. She know's the food and makes the best recommendations. Friendly and allows you to relax and now feel pressured to order or leave. Would recommend you go to the restaurant when she is working - you won't be disappointed!

We had excellent service from Melvin! He was efficient & courteous and friendly. His serving skills were top! The meal/wine was amazing and we (family of 3) enjoyed a night out.

We found the service was pretty good, but the food was a little gross. We had the eggs benny, and the hollandaise was sour, and one of the eggs was undercooked, however the presentation was good. For the price, I would probably not come back here.

We came at brunch hour and received the worst service ever. We stood at the door while the host looked at us and then continued to do his own thing. When he came he asked us breakfast or lunch. There was 5 of us so I asked if we could not decide after menus as everyone will want something different, he told us no, that he was not in the mood to confuse his cook. He then told us to 'sit over there'. He never came to get our drink order. We were so taken back by how rude he was and treated us like a burden that we got up and left.

The bartender has no idea. I asked for an old fashioned but she had to look it up. Before she could do that three other groups walked in after me and she decided to seat them first. Shame on the restaurant for making her do both the seating and the bartending for sure. But still, an old fashioned is about as basic as drinks get. I just left instead of waiting for what likely would have been a sad excuse for an old fashioned. It’s a hotel bar, there is literally only one mission and they failed.

We stayed at the best Western and walked into the restaurant for breakfast. The restaurant was bright and spacious. The waiter was friendly and helpful. My friend and I each ordered the Canadian omelet with breakfast potatoes and toast. Everything was delicious and well prepared. The portions were large and the cost was appropriate.

Breakfast was delicious. Eggs Benny was spot on and the continental breakfast was amazing. Hot out of the oven croissant, fresh fruit, and Greek yogurt in my parfait. Melvin our server was great too!

I have honestly never had worse pancakes in my life. I didn't even know pancakes could BE bad, they seem like such an easy thing to make. But these ones just tasted awful... terrible texture, not sweet, and even kind of sour, as if they were made with spoiled ingredients or something. I did not finish eating them and the guy was apologetic — even though I didn't ask, I was given a full refund, which I appreciated. But there's no way I would give this place another try, the food was just too gross.

Service was extremely slow as they were understaffed. The food was expensive for low quality breakfast. The pancakes are small as your palm and seem as if they are microwaved and yet still rock hard OK the top but soggy on the bottom. The bacon tastes and was the same thickness and quality as ready crisp microwave bacon from the grocery store, toast was stale as ever and very small pieces. I would 100% recommend going somewhere else if you are looking for breakfast in Vancouver. This restaurant does not meet the standards for this busy, high end city.

Ask for Mel, he's the best server on Granville. I own a club half a block away from the Edge, we've been coming in to have our staff meets for years. Staff is always friendly, food is excellent, mind you the menu needs to be changed up more often.

Had brunch with my family. Everyone ordered something different and we all enjoyed our meals. Great service and excellent food. The staff were quick and very friendly.
