Got the chicken and beef platter and it was ok. Seasonings were lacking on the beef and chicken and there are definitely better shawarma spots out there in the lower mainland. This was less flavourful than a chipotle bowl. New York definitely over hyped this spot

Tried The Halal Guys in Vancouver and it definitely lived up to the hype! The chicken and gyro platter was super flavorful, and the white sauce is as good as everyone says creamy and addictive. Portions are generous, and everything tasted fresh. The staff was friendly and quick, even during the lunch rush. Great spot if you’re craving something hearty, halal, and delicious.

Last night, I ordered on Uber Eats again because it usually arrives quickly and the food is always good. However, this time it was horrible. The meat they sent was ice cold and possibly even frozen, and completely inedible. It was so tough I couldn’t chew it at all. The rice was just as bad: extremely hard, almost like it was stale or left out for too long. Honestly, the whole meal was disappointing and not acceptable for delivery. Waste of $30… Do better. If you do not have fresh, do not serve. I usually don’t leave comments on Google and wanted to send an email to the management but couldn’t find their email. Will never ever again order from this place.

The food was really delicous. I'd say their service is amazing!!! The staff was very friendly! There is a musallah place nearby for prayer, but it's really small. The staff let us pray in the restaurant.
