I am a a regular Juice truck customer (average 5 drinks from Juice Truck at different locations per week) but this location's staff is the most stingy in general. No neighborhood discount like 5th ave one, drinks are usually not filled to the top like all other locations. And it's the only location that constantly asks for extra charge for replacement of ingredients/toppings (None of the other locations do the same).

Such an amazing place. I am so very grateful to the people responsible for this fabulous organization. I love everything here. Very clean, eco friendly, mindful, thoughtful, super demure and classy! Spacious and delicious!! Fantastic and healthy products. Great collaboration with other smaller businesses. Bowls, breakfast bowls to go, juices, treats, energy products, and so on… EVERYTHING is awesome! Yes! 100% VEGAN 🥑

Absolute joke of a store. Your online service does not work and you do not stock anything. You are open until 5:30 but close down the juice bar at 4. If you are going to make everything off site what is the point of an empty store? Could just have 1 location and hire delivery drivers. Pathetic.

they have buy one get one half off. The bill is under eighteen dollars. Ordered 2 junior acai bowl and it was refreshing and delicious. Perfect for summer weather. Highly recommended by their neighbor called The Storehouse.
I entered the store and was looking around at the products as well as the menu, as I haven't visited the store in a couple of years. A staff at the register was just looking at me waiting for me to order without acknowledging me. A simple hello or even a smile would be nice. Paid $10.49 for a mediocre smoothie. When it was ready, he almost slammed it on the counter, which I thought was rude too. Seems like people working here either don't like their job or simply don't care enough to be there, and it shows. I'm definitely spending my money elsewhere with more friendly service.

This is my second visit to the store and I was really disappointed. Last time I went there, I ordered regular acai bowl and it was so big and good quality (Third photo). However, today’s acai bowl was terrible. I ordered the smaller size and there’re much granola and chia seed, only little amount of acai. Also, acai was not melted, it wasn't even acai bowl. I think the same staff made it as last time, but what happend to them today?? It isn't worth for paying more than $12. I hope they improve the quality of their products.

Don’t go on a Monday here as they usually don’t have all the ingredients as told by the counter person. I guess depending on what ingredient they are short; you can’t order that particular item. I ordered smoothie bowl here, they don’t packed it to the brim like the location inside the wholefood store in Cambie. The smoothie is just about half the container then the toppings whereas in Cambie, the smoothie is filled 75% to the container then the toppings. Nevertheless, I’m happy there’s this location nearby my neighborhood where I can get my smoothie/juice fix and vegan products.
