I’ve been to the other location and had great experiences however the Yaletown location Is quite understaffed And for the price I paid for this smoothie it didn’t taste great as well as It’s quite expensive to get something that you Don’t like I believe it may be just wasn’t blended properly? Quite disappointed as it would be great if the staff maybe had more training in more staff person involved
They had shredded plastic sticker or something in the smoothie. 🤮 Go to the other places
This is the worst juice truck location. This was my third time going and first time actually making a purchase and it was still not what I wanted. First time I went in to order a bestie bowl and the guys claimed they were out of açai, second time I went back a week later to order a junior açai bowl the same guy said he was sure but he didn’t think they made them anymore, he then changed stories and said it might be online only despite it clearly being on there menu. I went back today again to see if I was able to order the junior açai bowl and a woman was working and she also didn’t know if it was available and then just said it didn’t look like it even though it’s still clearly on the menu and available at the mount pleasant location. I then just ordered a bestie bowl, I had to ask to change to coconut milk, it was not layered and was incredibly light in Color with no help seeds and like 3 strawberries. It also took forever and the staff are all absolutely miserable and completely unaware of what they sell or how to make it.
Raspberry Dream smoothie didn't taste particularly great.
This location is very understaffed. I had waited 10min for my smoothie, of which I had to ask for a refund because it hadn’t been made at that point and unfortunately, I couldn’t wait any longer since I had to make an appointment. I wish that I had been told about the long wait time (there was only one person that I thought was ahead of me but seems like people had stepped out already knowing the long wait time and came back for their orders) but also, the employee working there didn’t know how to process a refund so I asked for a credit or something and I would come back another day. He just wrote my name down on a piece of paper but I wanted something more concrete and some proof that I could present on my next visit. He then said he would give me a $10 gift card to which I responded that the smoothie cost $10.50 and that’s not even including tax. It was just an unpleasant experience.
We tried p&j bowls and it was great it’s taste like heaven and also we went for strawberries smoothie it was awesome
it took an absurd amount of time to receive 3 smoothies.. in a completely empty shop…. kinda weird (like 25 minutes….). the service was also pretty bad lol. the smoothie was pretty good though.

Staff were amazing and helpful with choosing. The smoothie I ordered was very delicious and great value. They also have Kokomo dishes for sale there too, which is my favourite. The beet salad!!

I like all their green juices. I've tried Celery Juice, The Base, Deep Green, and Digestive. The Base and Digestive are very delicious, but I try to stick with just green juice. Their juice size is slightly larger than Glory Juice. They've recently added Just Ginger which is very useful for adding to salad dressings or sauces. This week, as part of a cleanse, I had to eat raw spinach soup with cucumber noodles. I didn't feel like getting all the ingredients just for one day. So, I bought it here. Bananas have too much histamine and made me sneeze, and I was not allowed any fat, so, I ordered The Green Smoothie with no banana, no avocado, add mango, add celery. Instead of drinking it from a plastic cup, I put in a special Japanese bowl, added cucumber noodles and a tomato. It was very delicious. This will probably be a regular summer meal item on my menu! The only problem I have with this place is that they don't open early enough. If I need a morning juice, I must buy it the day before because they open at 9 am weekdays, and 10 am Saturdays and Sundays. So can't get a morning Green Smoothie from here for breakfast.

As someone who frequents the juice truck often, I have been so disappointed in the Yaletown location the last few times I’ve been. My favourite item on the menu is the Bestie Bowl, and maybe because I’ve been to the Mount Pleasant location so often, I’m used to the product and quality being superb, especially when you’re paying almost $20 a bowl.
I went with my partner earlier today to get a bestie bowl at the Yaletown location, and much like the last time I went - there was no coconut whip - which is my favourite part of the bowl. The staff didn’t offer to add more granola, or fruit or almond butter to replace it. Then, as you can see in the photo, there was no layers of granola, in fact, there was barely any granola in it at all. When we got our bowls, the staff member didn’t tell us what was almond or coconut, and when we asked him, he dipped in a spoon in the bowl to try the bowl to see what was almond or coconut instead of just remembering which felt so unhygienic? We also waited 30 minutes for the bowls, and there was nobody inside.
This was an extremely disappointing visit. This will be the last time I am at this location. The product has gone down hill, as well as the service.

Literally the best smoothie I’ve ever had. The coffee one and the mint chip one taste like milkshakes but are chalked full of delicious ingredients…a must have for a quick boost during the day.
Vegetarian options: There are many vegan options available!!

I really enjoy coming here. All the staff are really kind, especially Gurnet.I appreciate that everything is dairy-free and vegan, so easy for me to find yummy foods.Great spot for a quick lunch or a yummy smoothie. If you have less time, grabbing a juice is a great option too. This location also has non-alcohol wine and champagne options, which is nice too.
