The staff are obnoxious they drink on the job and if you make a complaint they throw you out and call the police the managers will not come to talk to you or return your calls and they get one of their staff members to say you are abusing themAnd if you read the response they know my name and can tell that they're not telling the truth

I had just moved here from TorontoMy car broke down with my baby daughter insideI walked up to the bar toast for assistance and an irate intoxicated employee came Flying from behind the bar and shoved me as hard as he could backwards yelling that they were closedWhen I yelled at him and told him I was calling the police and charging him with assault he came at me again out onto the side walk trying his very best to punchFive other staff members came out watching him and laughingNumerous messages, emails, and in person visits have not got me in touch with the manager6 months later ... TodayI finally get the AGM on the phone at the establishmentI explained to her the events and that trip advisor is posting a review to stay clear of the barShe too Laugh and hung up on meThe won't be laughing when the process server delivers the sepenas to Attend Supreme CourtBeing that Civil Court does not deal with cases over $ 10,000So after my post the AGMPower dials me from two different numbersShe threatens to call the police if I do not remove the reviewI said go aheadShe slammed the phoneThen the Vancouver police were called saying that I have making harassing calls and emails( Every phone call and email was a request for management to call me)But doesn't say they are managementBut says they are staffAnd leaves out why I've been callingThe Vancouver police left me a message saying that they want me charged for harassing themUntil I filed them in on the whole story

Went for a late night drink with a friend. Slightly disappointed that the mini golf section had closed down, but they made up for it with probably the best drink of the night. Music was the perfect volume to be enjoyed while still being able to maintain a conversation. Good food and a great vibe.

Keefer was a great time. It was last call, but Riley took the time to make us drinks. Cicely gave us superb service even though it was last minute, and Lucas just so happened to know one of the people in our group and greeted us. Drinks were tasty, service was astounding, and the atmosphere is one to remember for the ages! Highly recommend anyone who wants to experience a hidden gem in the heart of Chinatown

The vibe of this place is amazing! The atmosphere and ambiance is very unique and original. The drinks are absolutely delicious and elevated. The bar snacks are very interesting and fun. The staff is very friendly and efficient. Our bartender Hugo is one of the best bartenders/mixologist I've ever met. He made our night with his chill attitude and amazing skills. Thanks Hugo!
