We had such a great experience at The Keg on Alberni! Sanaz was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. Her positive energy and warm personality made the whole experience even better. Excellent service from start to finish. Thank you, Sanaz! We’ll definitely be back!

We requested a quiet table in our reservations and we got it but our service was just average. The steak did not look nice. Our steak looked like a dog had chewed it and that was very disappointing. I love Keg for its consistency but that was not it.

Very good food, service, and atmosphere. Beautiful location and decor. We had a group of 8 and everything went perfectly. We ate inside but there is also outdoor seating in a lovely bamboo garden.

Had a good overall experience at The Keg. The 10 oz Filet Mignon paired with the twice-baked potato was delicious, but I’d skip the lobster tail add-on next time as it fell a bit flat. Our waitress was kind and attentive, though service was on the slower side, my drink took about 25 minutes to reach the table. Loved the general vibe of the space, but the lighting felt a little too dim; table candles would definitely help enhance the ambiance.

We had my nephew’s birthday at keg and kasumi took such good care of us. She was attentive and kind and always knew when we needed something. I’d love to have her as our server again.

Our wait person, Sanaz, was excellent. She took her time with us, and her other customers, to explain the menu and made sure our dinner experience was memorable

Service was very slow. Took 39 minutes to get a glass of water and a bottle of wine we ordered. Food was good as always.

Excellent service, delicious food and good location downtown Vancouver. Very accommodating with choices of food and sharing dishes.

I would have to say that our service was not very good! Server forgot about our drinks, so had to remind him when we were finished our appetizer?! The server was nice but forgetful. i advised that i was there for my retirement and he said oh let send you a dessert, and said I will give it you for free, you don't have to eat it ?? Service was poor. I had also advised on my reservation that i was coming in for retirement occasion, and then again with the hostess and the server knew nothing about it .. will go elsewhere for next celebration event .

Amazing food and service was lightning quick. May have not been their busiest hour but they were on their toes for anything.

The food was delicious as were the drinks. The outdoor area was quiet, neither cold nor too hot. The staff was friendly and attentive. The food came in a timely manner after we got our drinks. The portion was great and the variety of side dishes was great. All in all it was an experience we will definitely repeat. Thank you.

Recommended to us by Canadian friends (we were visiting from the UK). Lovely meal, lovely surroundings and very friendly staff. What's not to like!

We had never dined at this location and wanted to try it. The outdoor, covered patio, was surrounded by bamboo and was very welcoming. Our server, Anna, and the rest of the crew, made sure we were happy throughut our time there.
