One of the best coffee shops on Hastings! The service is great, special shoutout to Kristine, she is super kind and welcoming and is passionate about what she does. She recommended the cinnamon bun which was delicious, and I even got a fresh cookie straight out of the oven. 10/10 will be returning.

Love this place. Independently owned, staff are lovely and everything they make tastes AMAZING. Try out the cinnamon buns! They are a neighbourhood favorite!

So happy to have these guys just across the street. They are soulful, cool, authentic, warm, with good coffee, food and music. I just came to the city, just got a local card, just connected it to Apple Pay a night before, and came down to have a coffee and a cookie. I tried my local card in Apple Pay, it was denied. I tried physical card, it was denied. I tried my cards from Ukraine and Belgium — denied. The ladies in the cafe just told me to have the coffee and pay later. That’s was super nice! When I figured out what happened to my local card (national Canada band — NOT recommended btw), I came back to pay. They seemed so pleasantly surprised I did it that they gave me another cookie for free. That was sweet and authentic! Grateful for this place, Canada and its people in general!

The best local, independently-owned coffee shop going. The food is great and the service ultra friendly. Our kids are always asking to go. We love having this spot in our neighbourhood!

I went for the first time since moving to the neighbourhood. My mocha and cinnamon roll were the perfect morning pick-me-up. I could tell the roll was fresh & homemade. Friendly staff too!

So delicious! ! ! And it’s a big cup for six yuan! ! ! I was just passing by to buy a cup of coffee, but I didn't expect it to be so amazing! ! ! I have already recommended it to my friends and I will definitely come again.

Luke’s diner feels but 1000000000x better.
Delicious pastries and sandwiches and oh so good coffees and teas. Also, love their open policy for all types of children. Hairier ones or not ;)

I love the atmosphere and community at this place. If they added cold foam and more iced coffee options I would be here every day!!!

The coffee is good, my daughter said the ham and cheese croissant was tasty.
Everyone was great except the older Caucasian lady. She was only nice to regulars and kinda rude to new customers
