We just had the BEST party at Liberty Distillery. Lisa and her staff looked after us brilliantly with great cocktails and a fun ambience. Highly recommend for an event! And amazing gin!! :)

I had really good time at there, we had a great cocktails and whiskies with Gabriel amazing and great customer service!! I’ll come back soon again!!

I hosted my graduation and ordination party here and it was fantastic! The staff took great care of us, the cocktails were top notch, and the atmosphere is a 10/10. I love this little spot and always make a point of stopping by for cocktails when I have guests in town.

One of my favorite stops at Granville Island. The cocktails are always on another level and you can't go wrong picking up some bottles to restock your home bar.

Iv ducked in this joint before for a quick brake from the crowds on Granville island. It never fails… maybe it’s the drinks but more likely it’s the ambiance. Or it could be the kinda people Liberty Distillery attracts. Maybe it the playlist, which I must say is eclectic and right up my alley.
Just saying, when I find my self down this way, I find myself enjoying this place.
Staff? Great! Location? Prime! Drinks? Perfection…

Fun stop

Very good and strong drinks.

The scotch tasting flights were over priced for a very small amount and the service was non existent. Have had many scotch tastings at many distilleries and had generous portions and excellent hosts explain about their product. Received none of that here, I would not recommend.

One of the best old fashioneds I've ever had. Phenomenal service. And great selection. Highly recommend

Cocktails are really good. Don't miss the happy hour from 5pm to 7pm from Mondays to Thursdays.

Experimental cockatils which are very well curated. The cockatils are very boozy and the in-house distilled spirits are exquisite. The whiskey collection is rich in flavour. Highly recommed if you are a whiskey lover and enjoy trying new styles amd versions of your favourite spirits.

We booked the distillery for my fiance's 30th birthday and couldn't have been more thrilled! Cocktails and flights were delicious as always, staff were super friendly and helpful, and the tasting room served as a perfect venue for our gathering of ~30 people. Booking the space was a breeze, the proprietor Lisa was so helpful and accommodating to make a phenomenal event!
