Hosted my wedding after party for about 40 people in the Upper Living Room area. Although the space was great and the menu that Chef Will prepared was delicious, the logistics unfortunately fell short:
1. The team was not reachable starting about 2 weeks way from the event date. I tried emails as well as calling and leaving messages but they were all left unanswered. I ended up having to call the general restaurant number days before the event just to confirm that my reservation was in the books.
2. I had outlined host bar for beers and cocktails (and it was written in the contract) however it came to my attention towards the end of the night that guests were all being charged their individual bills. By the time I noticed there were already guests that had paid and left. Was definitely a bit of downer for the overall vibes of the night.

Tuna tasted like nothing, beer flat, sparkling cocktails were flat, no toilet paper in the bathroom, food was cold. Our server was a miserable human being who kept disappearing. I’ve never been anywhere worse.

We had an awesome event here for my friends 30th in the upstairs kitchen! Kaitlyn was our “server” but I don’t like using that word because she was honestly more of a host and helper. She’s the reason why I want to have my next birthday here!! I should also mention the entire staff was amazing! Everyone helped to make sure that the evening was everything we wanted it to be. But big shout out to Kaitlyn, thankyou for being so fantastic from start to finish

Also I must mention that the kitchen staff did an amazing job with the food! The cook came to check on us to make sure everything was to our liking and they went above and beyond.

I recommend anyone and everyone to have their event here if they’re looking for a cool ambiance and helpful staff who will go above and beyond

we rented out a room on the upper floor, great time - food was solid and service was attentive, Kaitlyn was an awesome server and we had a great time with her - 10/10 would rent this again for our next occasion

THE SQUASH RISOTTO IS DIVINE, my server Hayley was so attentive and sweet. Even the chef came out and had a lovely conversation with us. Highly recommend!

I attended the “dumpling” party event, but my experience was disappointing. Upon arrival, the security guard treated me with unnecessary hostility, checking me thoroughly while ignoring my male friend and speaking to me without respect. We were a group of three and paid for three tickets, yet your staff made no effort to help us find seating. When I politely requested chairs, one staff member looked at us dismissively.

The loud music made it nearly impossible to converse with friends, even up close. Overall, we felt disrespected from beginning to end. I am requesting a full refund for this event.

Absolutely horrible experience. All of the photos online are completely deceiving. Avoid this place at all costs.
I paid $34 plus tax for this pathetic steak frites. The steak was maybe 2 inches long and 2 inches wide.
The potato was most likely reheated from a microwave.
Even my Diet Pepsi was gross. Completely flat and tasteless. They switched it out to a sprite instead once I complained. And guess what? No free refills.
Not only was the food horrible, the service was terrible too. It took forever to get the food and the server was extremely slow. I cancelled a second round of drinks because it took so long. It was a Wednesday night and not very busy there. No excuse.
I was with a group of 7 other people and they charged us all a 20% gratuity despite the horrible service. I honestly would have left $0 tip if I had the choice otherwise.
The atmosphere was also horrible. We asked them to turn the music down FOUR TIMES before they actually did. No one at my table could even hear the person beside them. The surrounding area is also super sketchy and we all smelled marijuana smoke while having our dinner.
I was still so hungry after that pathetic steak dish that when we left, I went to a neighbouring pizza joint and got a slice of pizza. There was no way I was spending any more money in that pathetic place.
Completely disgusting and horrible experience. I will never ever ever ever return to this dump.
Avoid at all costs.

Great time! Really enjoyed the food. The chef even took the time to come out and speak to us about his fermented hot pepper sauce that they serve with the chicken wings. If you are ever in the area you have to try the fermented hot chicken wings which pair nicely with the marinated olives.
