Music was way too loud and service was poor. It was my friends birthday and they pressured us out after 90 minutes. Everything is overpriced for the experience. Our table spent $300 on poor service and a mandatory 18% gratuity for McDonald's service. Never coming here again there are better hookah places. Don't waste your time.

Sooo disappointing!Yesterday I ordered chicken wings for a pick up. And look - just a bone without a meat??? You selling it for $20All other pieces were extremely overcooked. Will not recommend this place and will never come back here again!

Could not be happier with how my event went at the Living Room! Not only was booking the space made super easy by Kylene on the Events Team, but the service provided to us the night of from Shay was excellent! Both ladies were extremely attentive and lovely to work with.The food was delicious (we order many servings of the bao buns and dumplings) and cocktails were excellent ? I would absolutely have another event, or smaller gathering with friends, there.As for the ambiance, as someone who went to the Belmont frequently before the renovations, I'm very impressed with the facelift its been given!

We held our Christmas party at The Living Room Lounge at Hotel Belmont. They met our expectation and then some. The location was great, food delicious and service was top notch. Kylene, who helped us make arrangement for the evening, was very helpful and professional to deal with. I'd happily recommend this venue.
