What a great place to go for a drink.
Big selection of beers. We had a flight of 3 beers from Changing Colors all were delicious. We were suprised the flights were so big, I think they were 14oz.
This place has great atmosphere and vibes and was definitely a highlight of our bar experiences. Will definitely return.

What's not to like! Best burger I have had in Vancouver and if there is one thing I know, it's burgers. Thank you for the great hospitality. Highly recommend.

Magnet is definitely my favorite restaurant in Vancouver! Amazing service, great beer, and delicious food. We’ll be coming back for the rotating Czech beers (Pilsner and Budvar). For food, I highly recommend the Magnet Charcuterie Board!

It’s a busy pub, so consider booking ahead or be prepared to wait a little.

Cool spot I never noticed before! And I was surprised how busy it was inside. I liked the 2 person booths against the wall. Great selection of beers so we got two flights. They have good elevated comfort food like burgers and poutine.

12/10 experience! Came for the extensive beer list, which didn’t disappoint, then was blown away by the amazing dishes. The whipped feta dish and the scotch egg dish were phenomenal. The highlight though was dessert … the BEST sticky toffee pudding we have ever had! If you are going to a show at the Queen E, make sure you stop by The Magnet before or after!

Attentive, welcoming, staff. What appeared to be the owner working on a Saturday night ensuring everyone was taken care of personally.

Decent selection of draft beers. Ciders were very dry, almost wine like. Charging $1.5 extra per glass of cider in a flight is a choice. Odd portion sizes.. $6.50 ish for a 8 oz glass of beer, enough said. The decor is not very cohesive, feels a bit forced? Very millennial-type atmosphere that’s trying to be upscale. Could be better. Employees were lovely.

Not sure we’re the target demographic (I’m 60) so the fact that the beers were all strong, stronger or strongest (by ABV) and that the wine list was a bit on the ‘in vogue’ end of the spectrum (think skin-contact, orange, ‘crisp acidity’ and ‘minerality’) and these two old fogeys were struggling for a session beer and swiggable wine!
However, the burgers were top-notch - the best we had during 3 weeks in Canada - and the service was super helpful and friendly

Gem of Vancouver! Great home made Focaccia bread; pillowy, soft, warm, delicious. Waitstaff was attentive and helpful. Food & drinks were perfect 👌

An excellent gem with great food, beer, and atmosphere. I pray it doesn't go away due to the poor handling of the situation with violence and drugs by the city and Canadian government.
