We ordered two coffees and both tasted burnt (like when you reheat old brewed coffee), unfortunately we realized too late as we ordered to go. Service was ok but couldn’t drink neither drink as they both were super bitter.

Such a cute cafe hidden away amongst all the housing. They have a beautiful spread of fresh pastries and food ( Savoury and Sweet ) to choose from. Lots of drink options for a pretty reasonable price. They were quick and efficient, and I loved that they knew a lot of the customers by their name. Makes you feel at come. I had the blustery muffin, the breakfast sand which and Pumpkin Chai Latte and all were delicious. They also sell lots of local grocery items such as jam and hand made pottery. Not alot of seating inside , but a lot to choose from outside. Free parking on the street

Since moving to the area, this has been my favourite spot! Their coffee always hits the spot - the pumpkin spice drinks have been so good recently. Staff are always friendly, too.

Place could have been cleaner and more renovated. It was uncomfortable and disgusting to sit outside. Table and chairs were very dirty. Cups were dirty. But coffee and muffins tasted nice.

Super cute cafe (&market) coffee was delicious! There’s some seating inside but more tables are outside. They also sell a number of food and pantry products.
Beautiful building. Kind people. Delicious food. Not good for sitting down if cold (too cold inside, had to leave). Would be great if warm weather.

I love these little gems in the middle of nowhere. Food is homey, not sophisticated but I am not looking for that here. Great staff, comfort food and idyllic atmosphere.
Sitting in the quiet neighbourhood of Columbia and W18th, this corner cafe is a great spot for reading or hanging out with friends. I went on a fine day and it was very relaxing to sit at the table outside.
Their blueberry muffin is not overly sweet; someone nearby ordered a vegetable quiche which was baked fresh and smelled amazing though I heard the person commented that the crust was not good.

Beautiful place in middle of the neighborhood.
Do something nice for you and drink something in the patio on this autumn season.
The prices and food are really good.
The only detail is on the bread and pastry area there is not protections and some bugs are flying, nothing to worrie but a little concerned.

Oozing with British charm, we loved the neighborhood location. The cinnamon maple latte was delicious! They only serve espresso, no brewed coffee (perfect in my book), so my husband had an Americano which was also very good. 4 stars in food because even though they had vegetable options in the menu, they didn't have any available when we got there - you had to choose from what was available in the display case. We took our drinks to-go, and walked to another venue for breakfast. Would 100% go again.

It was a warm day and I loved having our food outside. The place has a cozy environment. Multiple food options, including savory and sweet ones. The cappuccino and latte were high quality as well. As others said, the fresh cinnamon rolls are tasty!

I recently stopped by The Mighty Oak Coffee for a quick visit, as I was in a hurry and needed to grab my coffee to go. The cinnamon bun was fresh and delicious, and the cappuccino was fantastic. The service was friendly, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it a place I’d normally love to spend more time in.
However, I’ve encountered an issue twice now: being asked to tip before receiving my coffee, only to then be overlooked by the staff. This raises a concern—if the service isn’t delivered promptly, it makes it hard to justify tipping in advance. For someone in a rush, this can turn what should be a quick stop into an unnecessary delay.
Overall, The Mighty Oak Coffee offers great products and a welcoming environment, but addressing this issue would ensure a more consistent and satisfying experience, especially for those who need to get in and out quickly.
