Poor poor service right from the get go. We had a reso with my father being in a wheelchair. Well they stuck us at the very very back of the restraunt where it was not easy for him to navigate through the crowd and seated areas. It was very narrow. There were plenty of tables big enough and areas more open but that's where we were put......... aside from that, the food was ok. Cold but tasted good. bread was crunchy, than it was doughy, than burnt than normal, the waiter was just ok. He didn't go above and beyond and he only came around 4 times in 2 hrs. Unimpressed that's for sure. I won't be going back any time soon.............

Came here for dinner with my friends. I tried the tortellini pomedoro. It was delicious. The ambience was nice and the place is clean..but most importantly, our server, Liadin (I hope I am spelling her name right) was super kind, patient and over all such a lovely girl. Happy and will definitely be back :) I also ordered a dish to go for my husband - the Pesto linguini with chicken and he loved it too. Overall happy tummies ☺️

This was my first time at The Old Spaghetti Factory, and honestly, it wasn’t the best experience. We had to wait almost 50 minutes for our food, and during that whole time no one bothered to clear the empty plates from the table. It just felt messy and unorganized.
On top of that, the utensils and bowls were not very clean, which was pretty disappointing for a place that looks nice from the outside. The overall restaurant vibe is actually good… the interior looks charming, but the service and attention to detail were really lacking.
I was excited to try this place for the first time, but after this visit, I'm not sure I’d come back.

I visited the Old Spaghetti Factory in Metrotown recently and had such a great experience! Our server, Val, was absolutely amazing. Super friendly, attentive, and made us feel so taken care of the entire time. He's definitely a master of his craft!
The service was quick, the atmosphere was cozy, and Val made the experience memorable. Definitely recommend asking for him if you dine here — he made our visit a 10/10!

Nice interior and great location but disastrous service last night.
It felt like we walked into a barn and not a restaurant as they treated us like cattle. Came together as a table of five and couldn’t leave fast enough - we didn’t even order mains. Waitress had a bad attitude from the get and 0 customer service skills. Took her little under TWENTY minutes to come around and take a drink order. When asked why havent we been served yet, she rudely ignored my question and proceeded to talk to another table.
Her lost, dazed and confused manager had nothing to say when we made a complaint about her.
Little food we had here was bland . I have never left a restaurant this fast in my life.

A classic, nostalgic place to eat. Guaranteed a good price on a full meal. Very good deal. Is it authentic Italian fare? No, but it is perfect for when you're craving a large bowl of pasta, unlimited bread, and a comfortable place to hang out with friends.

We'll start with the food because it's what any civilized foodie would do... Had the manicotti...the filling was a bit dry. Unlimited bread and garlic butter was great. Calamari was good. Next the service: Awesome, and our waiter enjoyed my Dad jokes. Atmosphere: pretty cool seeing a full size trolley car inside that you can actually sit inside of and eat! Only downside is parking or lack thereof...had to use meter parking and was 8 minutes past my time and received a wonderful 45.00 parking ticket as my souvenir in Gastown. Beware future patrons...there be Meter Cops just WAITING to pounce!

My dish is partially eaten lol I forgot to take a photo prior. I hadn't had Old Spaghetti Factory in 3 years and I was excited 😂 The location is okay. Just like anywhere in downtown Vancouver, parking will be near impossible. We walked from our hotel and it wasn't too bad of a walk. The restaurant was packed full. We didn't have to wait for a table though. There is a lot going on in this place in regards to decor. Its very interesting, like a whole steam train where kids (I assume) can be seated? Our food came out at a nice pace. As soon as the bread was finished, they brought our salads, then mains. Our server was excellent. He was super busy but made sure to check on all his customers routinely. Turn around was pretty quick, it flowed well with people leaving and people coming, but it didn't seem as though anyone felt rushed either. I definitely would come here again. Great visit!
