Saw a video of a few Canuck players boasting how great it was here. Had to try it out. It was a game day, so the place was booked up. Needed a reservation to get in. Went during happy hour and had a few margaritas that did not disappoint. Ordered the Carpassio and Salmon Tartar. Both were great! For a main we had a pizza half and half. Shrimp and meatlovers. My fiancee and I preferred the shrimp pizza tbh. We plan on coming back to try all the different pizza options. The bottom crust was perfect. The crust on the end had a few large bubbles that burned up. All in all...4 outta 5!

Visited on Thursday, 8pm. No wait or reservation needed. Goldmember pizza is the one to get for sure. Service was great - 1 hr on the meter and was in and out.Vegetarian options: Good vegetarian pizza options and easy to customize

Visited tonight for the first time in almost a year and was incredibly disappointed for two reasons:1. I ordered the funghi pizza and was surprised to find that my $30 entree was just a flatbread. Made with pizza dough yes, but extremely underwhelming, with very few mushrooms and not very tasty. What a disappointment.2. We were a party of 6 and were forced to pay a gratuity of 20%. How is this ok? Not that our server wasn’t good. She was. But if you’re going to force a group gratuity stick with the standard 18% and let me decide if I want to do more for exceptional service.I used to love this place. But I won’t be back simply because the value isn’t there any more. Very disappointing experience tonight.
You messed up my food not once but twice on a Saturday night. How do you mess up cooking a pizza that you've made a million times and a stacked plate of little ribs? Also serving us luke warm white wine that is supposed to be chilled when served. Your server gave me attitude when I stated the issues about my food and drinks. She took a long time to take our orders and acted like I was massive inconvenience to her from the very start and this was even before I mentioned the issues about our food and drinks. She was not having any of it and made my wife pull out her flash on the iphone to show the under cooked meat as she did not believe us. What kind of restaurant are you to employ people like this? I'm paying top dollar to go out and try to enjoy my night out and get this type of service? Then you expect me to tip you 18% or more based on this shocking service and give me further attitude. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!!

2024 update: Still probably my personal favourite pizza place. More than that, the gluten free crust here caught me by surprise in a good way. It is so good that I get it every time now even though I don’t have a gluten intolerance. I probably look so odd ordering my pizza gluten free and a beer in the same breath.The Parlour makes excellent pizza. I recommend trying The Dirty and Artichoke pizzas. Also, we recieved very good service when we had dinner here. I do recommend making a reservation because they get extremely busy. Overall, the Parlour is a must try for any pizza lover.

Ok so the pizza is good, but $30 for a pizza is insane!!! There are plenty of other options nearby for 25-40% less. Per se or ignite for example. $30!!! I still can't get over

Very slow and inconsistent service for a Wednesday night. Pizza was very good. I asked for chili oil and they brought dragon sauce and charged me for it. I asked for the chili oil I ordered later on, which they then brought and also charged me for. When the bill came, service had already taken way too long to consider asking for a correction. Waited about 15-20 minutes for each drink. Became parched when the table was out of water and my beverage was drank. Overall, good pizza, maybe just a bad night for service.
