They have got a good thing going on. I have never had bad service when I have come here. I usually buy one to eat right away and I buy bags of their frozen patties for home. They are perfect for after school snacks. Yes, it is cash only.

Truly hoping that I just came on an ‘off’ day because pastry was doughy (not beautifully flakey like it’s been for decades) . We did get the mild but the filling was off too yesterday, tasting like someone had dumped a bunch of garlic powder but forgot the other seasoning. I bought six pattys to enjoy with family and no one even finished theirs. This is our’go to’ spot and have recommended to so many people over the years. But if this is the ‘new norm’ we’ll have to pass. Just not the fantastic Pattie’s we’ve been spoiled with for decades.

Been coming here since I was a youngin' in the 90's. They were one of the first if not the first to bring patties to Vancouver. Whenever I'm in the city I ALWAYS make a stop here. Curry Beef & Hot Beef are my go-to's, every flavor slaps. Go get some!
