The Perfect Bite Catering Company

We ordered a thanksgiving dinner for 4 from the Perfect Bite this year and were blown away by how good everything was! We’ve had quite a few different Thanksgiving dinners from catering companies/restaurants and this was our favourite by far. The herb sauce with the mashed potatoes, the stuffing, the confit turkey, the roasted mixed vegetables & the pecan pie were all huge hits. We’ll be back next year for sure! :)

Okay…got get their Chicken pot pie! It’s absolutely delicious. Best I’ve had.

The Perfect Bite helped us with a last minute work lunch for 50 people and were so easy to work with! I have had so many compliments from my coworkers about how good the food was. Ricci was quick to respond and make sure all the details were in place. She suggested individual bowls for our roast turkey and the fixings, which also got great reviews from our group! Those with dietary restrictions had their meals labelled, so there was no confusion. Lauren and Andrew displayed everything in a stylish fashion and there was almost no cleanup. Plus Lauren's cookies were melt in your mouth amazing! Thank you all!

Not my first time ordering a holiday packaged meal from The Perfect Bite...and most certainly not the last!! We are all sitting wondering when we will next be able to button up our pants. Everything from the ordering, pick up, well written instructions for reheating/preparing. Highly recommend!

Attended a virtual cooking class with Ricci and it was excellent, I would highly recommend! The meal was simple to follow but maybe not something I would have made on my own. Pace of cooking/getting things ready was perfect and it was super tasty. Would definitely love to do it again.

We ordered the Turkey-To-Go Thanksgiving dinner for 8-10 people, and it was absolutely delicious. They provided HUGE amounts of food along with all the seasonings, a lovely dessert, and easy to follow instructions for heating and serving everything up properly. Highly recommended - we will probably get our Christmas dinner from The Perfect Bite as well.

My wife and I were working on doing a wedding on a budget but knew that catering can eat into a lot of the budget and sometimes provide for some astronomical costs. Luckily for us, Ricci and Perfect Bite was there to help us avoid these stupendous costs while still providing us with delicious foods. We surveyed some food options and chose the a steel=head trout with miso glaze and a summer mushroom risotto for our main course and were extremely happy with our choices. It is always a good thing when your guests tell you days after the event how much they enjoyed the food and how the food experience really added to the event, and for that we are so happy that we went with Perfect Bite.Ricci was quick in replying to our emails and our questions, always ready to provide advice, and sometimes let us down easy when we asked something outside the realm of possibilities. My wife and I saw the hardwork that she put into her dishes and the prep and were amazed at all the things that went into her catering.We are extremely happy that we went with Perfect Bite and would recommend Ricci and Perfect Bite in a heartbeat.
