Their pies are all delicious (I genuinely dream about their banana cream pie) and truly incredible customer service. After an Uber order gone wrong, when Uber refused to support or resolve in any way, the restaurant was quick to remedy the situation immediately, apologized for the mistake and for Uberās response (which was absolutely not their fault).

Ordered two of their 5ā pies through Uber eats (Vietnamese coffee pie and a regular apple pie). Thought it was a little bit pricey but figured Iād give them a shot. The Vietnamese pie came with 3 whip dollop just clearly smudged off and it was not due to transport because that part of the box was clean. It was clearly taken off when staff was packing the pie in the boxā¦. The thing that upset me the most is that the staff didnāt even try to fix the obvious issue of their mistake? They didnāt care to serving it up as is. Imagine seeing your serve drop your fork and just picking it up and handing it to you not even trying to hide the fact that they had just dropped itā¦. Very upsetting for the price your paying and doesnāt give me confidence of how sanitary it is.

Omg I don't know what happened, we used to order about a year ago, and we did an order today and the lemon pie was absolutely soaked. There was a pool of water on the bottom. Tasted old too, what a shame, I'm lost for words.

Decided to stop in and have a look... all of their baked goods looked so good and I appreciated the nice presentation. Service was friendly too! I chose a slice of cherry pie and unfortunately was very disappointed. The filling was extremely thick/stiff, not sweet enough and I found the crust wasn't flakey and very bland. Unfortunately tossed it after trying to eat half the slice.

The man behind the counter was such an unenthusiastic customer service person. Showed me just how tired he was to answer my questions. I ordered a pie and it was burnt, instead of offering to make another one or an alternative, he straight up asked if i wanted a refund for it. I walked away wasting time and no food for lunch.
