This place is ridiculous, they're out of business we get here walking in the soaking rain just for this place and we get here and there's nothing here. It's completely blacked out. How disrespectful not updating the information, shows you how much they care about the Republic image and about the locals who come to try their food.

Definitely one of the best pie shops in town! The space is so bright and pretty and the pies and pizzas are always great. We tried sour cherry, chocolate pecan and salted honey this time and all of them were really good! It's so sad to see them closing but hope I'll get to visit one more time before they close!

A little late for my review. Came in prepandemic and all I remember were the sour faces of the two women behind the counter when I came in with my friend. We were the only ones in here on a rainy night. There weren’t much left as it was near closing. I asked them what the flavours were of one of the two pies left in the case. One woman bitterly said it was pumpkin as if she didn’t want to sell me anything. I ordered a slice to go. It was such a tiny slice for a lot of money. And it was overly spiced and terrible. I have a baking background and don’t know how they sell this. I think the owners are racists judging by the comments here. The friend I came here with sent me an article of this place closing. And we always refer to this place as the shop with the two rude women.

Whatever their future plans are I will make sure to never support these people. There are better bakeries for both quality and service that deserves my money.

Ate here for the first time the other day, soo happy we did!!
Great first impression with the happy and kind welcome, great music and beautiful fresh wild flowers on every table. Great atmosphere altogether and the beautiful kitchen is clean and on display at the front. Really cool space.

The pizza was soo good and the pie was amazing.. such good crust YUM .. had it with the ice cream and that definitely is a must!

They should be advertising their pies more, I had walked by this sign before and thought it was just a pizza place! And that pie was unforgettable!

Definitely my new favourite pizza place in the area and I can’t WAIT to go back and eat more of that pie! ? This place is a hidden gem

This is our go to spot whenever we need to bring a dessert to a dinner party. They have new favours of pies every time and all of them have been a hit so far. Their service is great. Simply call in and they’ll hold one for you. We had the pecan chocolate recently and everyone loved it.
