Delicious sushi pizza! Got "the ocean" in the treat yourself combo on Uber eats. Delicious and filling. Great deal for one person. Wish they had some tuna toppings options but really enjoyed the freshness of the one I tried (imitation crab, smoked salmon, avocado) crispy rice base, didn't like the house salad, would have been great with like a Japanese slaw or ponzu cucumber salad instead

The menu, especially the sushi pizza, is quite interesting and creatively crafted. I've ordered takeout from this place several times, and I've never been disappointed. What I ordered: Electric - Japanese mayo spread topped with imitation crab, avocado, and torched eel. Finished off with our special unagi drizzle, spun cucumber, masago, and black sesame seeds. ** While the majority of the menu leans towards spiciness, this particular dish breaks the trend. I appreciate the sweet and salty unagi drizzle, and the combination of eel and avocado pairs exceptionally well. Spicy shrimp - Japanese mayo spread topped with imitation crab and dressed shrimp. Finished off with our special spicy mayo drizzles, spun cucumber, masago, aonori, and black sesame seeds. ***While the majority of the menu leans towards spiciness, this particular dish breaks the trend. I appreciate the sweet and salty unagi drizzle, and the combination of eel and avocado pairs exceptionally well. Scorching scallop, - chopped scallop and crab mix layered with our hand-torched spicy mayo. Topped off with pepper slices, lemon zest, aonori seaweed, crunchy fried sweet potato, honey mustard, and black sesame seeds. ***The standout appearance of this dish is the crunchy sweet potato on top of the pizza. The layer of scallop and crab, typical sushi ingredients, along with the addition of spicy mayo and lemon zest, makes this item uniquely different. Aburified - Layered smoked salmon torched with our special KOZU aburi sauce. Garnished with aonori, lemon zest, and pepper slices. Our most unique sushi pizza is ready to burst your taste buds. ***The Kozu aburi sauce offered a distinct flavor compared to other items. It wasn't spicy; instead, it featured a delightful blend of umami and lemon zest. Although the smoked salmon was a bit salty, the aburi sauce complemented it well. San Franciscokyo - Spicy mayo spread topped with our special San Fransokyo mix made of chopped scallop, crab, and masago. Decorated with Japanese mayo drizzle. Garnished with spun cucumber. masago, black sesame seeds, and aonori. A simple westernized Japanese taste. ***The shredded cucumber on top of the pizza provides a distinctive look compared to other items. However, the taste was quite similar to the scorching scallop dish. Overall, I am always satisfied with sushi pizza. Crispy rice is a must.

Purchased the smoke salmon and scallop poke bowl. Noticed that there was no scallops. Called the restaurant and they told me that it was ‘fake crab’. I said what about the scallops? They said it was mixed in with the imitation crab. There was no scallops anywhere. They also use iceberg lettuce for their base as opposed to ‘green’. The manager didn’t seem to really care either. They claimed they tried to make it right….this is completely incorrect. I sent him pictures of the poke bowl to his email address. He was suppose to call me back but never did. Fake ‘poke’ beware! Go to a legit poke bowl store…Steve’s poke or okey pokey!

Ordered their smoked salmon and scallops. No scallops anywhere. Called the restaurant and spoke to manager and was told that there is scallops mixed into the imitation crab. This place is a fake poke place. Save yourself the headache and order from okey poke or Steve's poke. This is a pop up joint and they use sun quality products. They don't use leafy greens for the base they use iceberg lettuce. The scallops are imitation crab. Be warned!

Got the Spicy Crunch Bowl through UberEats and will definitely be reordering it in the future! Looked exactly like on the picture and the quality of ingredients were way higher than the other poke places I’ve been to before. 10/10

Hate leaving 3 stars when the food was good but the service was bad enough to leave a low rating. Visiting Vancouver we had to try out sushi pizza! When's the last time was that ever an option. Easiest way is to order on there website. Not realizing it was a food court without the court. To pick up your food is in a street with little signage and when you arrive you call them to let you know your outside. A couple benches outside but nothing to brag about due to being across from a warehouse. I called them to let them know I was outside 5 minutes after what the expected time my order was going to be ready. 25 minutes later my order finally comes out. I check the bag to be sure everything is there and the soup and salad was missing so I called them back and took another 15 minutes for the missing items to come back down. I ask the person to speak to the manager and after 10 minutes the manager comes down to apologize and said it was due to training.. the sushi pizza is good don't get me wrong but not worth coming back after that experience.

Ghost kitchens are literal gems. This place sells sushi pizza and sushi bakes.*Scoarching scallop sushi pizza ~ this was bomb I highly recommend their crispy rice bottom it was so crispy and not too oily. The scoarched scallop also tasted so good that it melts in your mouth. Their aburi sauce is no joke! 8.5/10.*Takoyumi sushi pizza ~ This is unique if you love squid and mayo this is it. Almost like a deconstructed takoyaki! The terimayo was good but I do wish there was more prominent pieces of squid as it just felt like sauce and rice, however that sauce was good. 6/10.*Sushi bake ~ nori bombs were BOMB! I loved the crunchy bits on top and overall it was so good with the nori. The nori itself was crunchy and so Good too! 8/10.*Overall this family owned ghost kitchen is a gem and I highly recommend trying them out!

Great new poke place in Vancouver near my work! They have a few unique protein & topping options that other places don't offer - the aburi salmon was SO GOOD, definitely get it!! The cucumber was nicely shredded although a bit mushier than I'd like. Would've liked a bit more rice or an option to add salad to my base.Prices are more reasonable than others as well, I noticed that it's getting much more expensive lately so I liked saving a few dollars for my poke fix. Will order from here again!

Thanks Poke Bros for such a wonderful meal! I ordered the Spicy Crunch Bowl and I wasn't expecting the quality of ingredients, taste and timeliness of my order to be so PERFECT! I work at an office close by and I think I found my new favourite go-to.

Such a fun concept! Visiting from Seattle for the weekend. I ordered the San Fransokyo and my sister ordered the electric sushi pizza, both were delicious! Can't wait to try other pizzas and the hand rolls next time we come to visit Vancouver

The poke was drench in way too much mayo. Ordered two aburi poke. One was spicy and One was non-spicy.I would expect the Aburi poke was torched from inside and out while giving it a mixed even smokey flavour throughout. However, it was only torched on top of the sauce and the rest was raw Salmon ingredients without Aburi Flavouring that I was hoping for.A disappointment but would eat again, only if there was a Deal on Ubereats. If it's Regular Price at 17$ for this small portion size. I would rather drive myself to Broadway & Main and get it from Poke Bar for 20$ and get a huge portion with even out flavour of aburi salmon.Wakame was way too soft. To the point, where it was mushy and not crunchy at all.

The Dressed Tofu with cucumber mix. Topped with edemame, wakame seaweed salad, corn, ginger, cabbage, and mandarins. Garnished with Japanese mayo, shredded nori and furikake was delicious and very filling, I should have saved half but it was so good I couldn't resist finishing it in one go! They take out mayo for vegan option and will also do a gluten free option!Highly recommend!

Ridiculous service. Ordered through Ubereats today for pickup but no one answered the phone when I got there. It's in a commercial kitchen with no store front. The only thing I could do was to keep calling. You can image how frustrated I was. Finally I was able to get a person working for another restaurant in the same building to check for me. That person then told me although she could see the order tickets coming out but no one was inside. So this place accepted my order then said my order was ready for pickup when no one was actally cooking. Even more ridiculous was, I got a notification after saying I picked up my ghost order! Wasted my time and gas. It was pouring rain and there's no covered space for people to wait. I was cold and soaking wet. Luckily Ubereats gave me a refund but this is just absolutely unacceptable.

When my cousin told me she wanted to try sushi pizza, I was intrigued by the concept. Kozu has a variety of pizzas for everyone. We decided to do the "Musketeers - 3 Sushi Pizza" $37.46 combo, which is a great deal since pizzas vary from $13-14 depending on the flavor. We ordered the Kellyfornia Crunch, Ocean, and Snowflake pizzas. We also had the Crab Aburi and Unagi handrolls. Each pizza came with a side of pickled ginger and wasabi. For the crust, you could choose between fresh rice or crispy rice. I preferred fresh rice, but next time I would try the crispy rice. The pizzas are a little smaller than normal ones, but for two people, this was a good amount of food. I loved this food concept and thought everything I had tasted delicious. I would 100% come back and try more items.

After a long work week I decided to do my ritual Friday night dinner treat and came across a deal for Kozu Sushi Pizza on UberEats and decided to get the Crab Aburi sushi and House scallop roll.I paid extra for the crispy rice for the Crab Aburi sushi pizza and felt it was worth it. The crispy rice made it feel more like a legit pizza with a crunchy bite to the crust so it could support the imitation crab toppings. The sauce of the pizza was good and the sushi pizza is perfect for a full meal for one. However, I did find the imitation crab a bit boring for one whole sushi pizza and would probably try another sushi pizza next time. For example, the crab pizza could have benefited with slices of avocado and other toppings. The one perk of the sushi pizza is that they are served and packed in a super cute small pizza box.The House scallop rolls were huge and delicious - definitely the highlight of my meal! Scallops were fresh and plentiful and would definitely order this again and highly recommend.Definitely worth a try, especially the hand rolls!
