Me and my family ordered and they forgot and when my dads food and he said it’s fine we don’t need it they said we will give you a discount but only gave him a 1 dollar discount what a joke. This service was not good but the food was alright

Ramen Butcher Chinatown is my FAVOURITE ramen spot of all time! The spicy tsukemen with karaage is a top 5 meal I have had in Vancouver. I always bring my friends here when they visit from out of town and they all feel full, elated and satisfied after eating here. The team is young and obviously happy to be working there. Service is fast the food is delicious and hits all cravings I have and is a true comfort food for me in every season in Vancouver. The location is excellent for parking and walking around chinatown after a hearty bowl of ramen. ALSO, their MERCH IS DOPE! BUTCHER CHINATOWN is where it's at. EAT HERE, YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT. Don't blame me when you get addicted!

1st time trying the tsukemin, I thought noodles were mid but the broth was fire. Will stick to the spicy classic next time.
Noodles felt too thick and chewy. I didnt really like the mouth feel.

I was in the area for an event and decided to try grabbing a quick meal here, and I loved it! I ordered the mini chashu don, and the pork was perfectly charred yet tender. The rice was flavourful all the way to the bottom of the bowl, and the portion size was great for a light snack. I was super impressed with the service as well, with the dish arriving after only a few minutes (YMMV if it's busy or you order ramen). Will definitely be back to try their other authentic Japanese dishes. ごちそうさま でした !

Disappointed that they no longer serve vegan tsukemen. The vegetarian ramen broth lacked flavour.

I was craving for Tsukeman and haven’t had it for a long while. I was walking in Chinatown and decided to visit this ramen joint again.

Their ramen, from my previous experience, have large portion and tasteful broth. This time the tsukeman also had large portion and the dipping broth has a strong taste of shoyu. The karaage was crispy on their crust. It went perfect with the tsukeman.

Overall the service and the environment were up to standard. It didn’t take a long time to wait so my hungry stomach had no complaint. I will definitely go there again for ramen.

Ramen butcher has been my go to for ramen the last two years, I love it here.

To my surprise, they changed the menu, I miss the basil ramen. But still all their options are excellent 👌🏼

I took my family there and they were very please with the taste. This time the service wasn't great though, even we went on a Saturday around 3pm, not a busy time.

I also like this place because is in Chinatown and is easy to find parking around there.

Not a bad first experience here... maybe it may take another two tries to get a craveable-order down... still, not too bad💯
