Great spot for breakfast or lunch. Service was good and you get a nice diner feel inside the restaurant. The drinks were well balanced. The GF corn bread was a pleasant surprise. The chicken sandwich was stand out. Will be going there again.

A great urban diner experience in East Vancouver. I love the breakfast all day idea and the urban fusion dishes are delicious. This location was easily accessible and free street parking was easy to find. Great service and clean, nice bar and a screen as well. Amazing food, it’s all homemade and you can tell. The chicken with gnocchi was fantastic. Luke and Paul were wonderful! The quality you get for the price is a wonderful value. We will come again :)

Came for a week day breakfast during spring break. I had the pork belly and pancakes. i thought the food was good, pancakes had a baking soda flavour that I’m not a fan of. But otherwise pretty standard diner fare. I wouldn’t call this place top tier, but its good.

Incredibly rude and arrogant staff! Sighed and seemed put out when we asked how long the wait for a table would be. Then seated multiple 2-person parties at tables for 4-5 while denying our party of five. Then changed their policy midway through the wait to let people behind us in line get ahead of us. When we asked about this, they immediately got aggressive and rude and said they wouldn't serve us at all (!) Will NEVER return and deal with these arrogant and unprofessional people again!

Canadians doing American food better than Americans. I loved the Eggs Benedict, fried chicken sandwich was delicious, a bit oily. Let me switch my fries for a delightfully refreshing salad. The brisket was Smokey and meaty, I preferred it without the sauce. Friendly service, lots of Mexican music, feels like the USA in atmosphere. 100% will go back again!!

Love this place! Pork belly and pancakes amazing!!!!!! Expect to have a bit of a wait but that is not their fault. They got a bigger location thank God because previous location was too small. I love this place!!!!! Food is amazing!

Coffee and breakfast were very good. We did not like the tomato soup. The staff was helpful and everything was very fast.

A favourite spot for breakfast. Only 1 piece of toast comes with food, prefer 2. Blueberry jam is delish! Never disappointed with food. Tried several omelets and other breakfasts. All good. Not a pulled pork fan for breakfast but have tried it. Brought out of towners here and they loved the pulled pork pancakes. Never had bad service here. Consistently good food everytime.

I don't normally leave a review, but this was a really great experience! The food was AMAZING. Had a pulled pork sandwich, it was the best I've ever had. There was one server, so we didn't get service as frequently, but he was attentive as he could be and nice. Prices were really good. Will definitely come back!

Pros- excellent service, menu not too large, the tofu scramble was very good (and I don't even like ordering stuff like this) and they grill their toast instead of just a straight toaster.Cons - their pancakes are chalk filled with baking soda or baking powder, so it has a very salty bitter taste. The first batch the chef completely burnt so he made another batch, but they weren't very good - id rather have Dennys pancakes. Heck id rather have McDonald's. The pork belly... Eh it was alright. Pulled pork... A bit tough.I'd come back but not for the pancakes.

Get the pancakes! I love it, as a pancake lover it was a treat to try something so light and fluffy but have the actual pancake come out thick and crispy. My friend let me try the pork belly (whichI don’t really like) but it was so well cooked and crispy that I was shocked it was pork belly. Definitely a recommended place to go.
