Thank you guys for last night. Your staff was incredibly thoughtful, understanding and nice. We had a sad thing happen that we got scammed of our tickets by some guy we told them that and felt for us and got us some upper bowl seats with amazing service aswell. Have to shoutout isac for doing that an incredible guy on your staff. Thanks for making a potentially sad night way better I will be back in the future no doubt.

Simple food, TERRIBLE SERVICE, great location. After a Canucks game went for a beer and appetizers at this bar, location and premises are great. They took around 15 min to get our orders after we sat down, after that, waitress with an obvious rude face, literally threw the food at our table, then never came back at our table, we had to stood up and ask for the check. We will never ever go back

We were so lucky to be invited to an event at the Sports Bar, such a first class experience we loved the atmosphere, the food, the service. What a great crew, and so nice to meet Lyndon from Williams Lake, nicest host ever. And a very special thanks to Winn, to saving us in the elevator. She could have never been nicer.

Sat immediately, greeted immediately, and served immediately. Canada is the best and this is by far the nicest sports bar I've ever been in.

Our waitress Jaclyn was a real crowd pleaser! She was high energy from the first hello to the final goodbye. She got to know us and when she learned about our love of pickle backs… next thing we know there is a round coming to our table! What a great surprise and a fun way to transition from dinner to the concert we were seeing. The Sports Bar also had staff present to help direct and walk along customers from the sports bar to a near by door for easy access to Rogers arena as a private event was blocking the usual door. This was a nice touch as we feared we would have to wait in the long lines outside in the rain. Once again the team at the Sports Bars went above and beyond. LOVE bringing friends and family here for dinner before Canucks Games and other events at Rogers! Thanks SB Team! See you again soon!

They charge you on your credit card for a reservation, and yet you can't access the bar from inside. Rogers arena when there is a private event, ridiculous, terrible service

Avoid This Place – Terrible Service & No System

If you’re looking for a sports bar in Vancouver, do yourself a favour and skip the Sportsbar Live . They don’t take reservations on game nights which is fine, but they also don’t do a waitlist—so you’re left standing around hoping you magically show up at the right second to grab a table before someone else does.

The staff were incredibly rude and dismissive. We were told we could stand and order drinks but weren’t allowed to wait near the front for a table to open. Instead of a fair system, it’s purely luck—whoever walks in at the right moment gets the table, even if you’ve been waiting longer.

The entire experience was frustrating, unorganized, and not worth the hassle. There are plenty of better sports bars in Vancouver—don’t waste your time here.

Really nice to have a Sportsbar at Rogers Arena. You can just grab your food and go watch the game.

we've been to the sportsbar many times, especially for big events like the playoffs. however we've never had a service experience like the one during the canada v usa 4 nations game. it has truthfully made us reconsider the establishment and even though we were going to come back for the 4 nations finals - we wont be anymore. and i dont see us watching any canucks game here when were back to the regular season. disappointing for an establishment that was once our go to

Booked a couple seats to watch a football game. Great experience in front of the jumbo screen while eating delicious nachos. I recommend you reserve tickets for your whole party at once so you are not separated with your group.

I like the food and drink, overall. Also, acts of good service of the bar are great from Alexandria. She is very professional! :)

Jamie was the absolute best :). Went there after the Canucks game tonight and was never left without a drink by Jamie. Outstanding customer service and a great attitude as well. Made both of us feel welcome and would definitely come back if Jamie is behind the bar :)

First time coming here, it was busy as expected prior to a show at Rogers. Decided to just sit at the bar and it was probably the best thing that happened because we had an amazing experience thanks to Misty! She was noticeably one of the hardest working ppl I’ve seen, not just here but in the service industry which is honestly so rare now. She was attentive, made honest suggestions for food and our group couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Misty until next time! Great meeting you and thanks for being a gem.
