Loved the vibe here. You’re nestled among the trees outdoors which is perfect on a sunny day. Service was lovely and a ton of great wine choices (we went with the Lambrusco!)
We ordered the Truffle Popcorn, Pear & Arugula Salad, and the Carbonara. All delicious — the pasta was perfect.
Highly recommend checking out the Stable House and their patio in the summer! ☀️

I love this place. Beautiful decor. Great ambiance and attention to detail. The food is fantastic and fresh. Homemade pasta! The carbonara is to die for. And every person working there is welcoming. One of my favourite spots in Vancouver. Side note: they use quality ingredients at a great price point. Highly recommend!

Ordered the Carbonara and it was extremely salty and inedible. When we told our server this, she said it’s because their “pasta machine” hasn’t been working well. Despite knowing this, they let us order the dish and they graciously gave us a 5 dollar discount on a 27 dollar dish. Shocked that they didn’t even offer a replacement or remove the charge entirely. Very unprofessional, not returning.

Tight wine list, full of typicity, constantly rotating. Stellar patio to chill, enjoy some drinks and have some snacks. Always a fun and welcoming time with a well thought out selection of offerings.

We dropped in for late lunch and were seated right away. We selected it for is french influenced menu. It's small and quaint. We sat at the bar. We both enjoyed. My partner had a quiche with salad and I had the Mushroom tartlette with salad. The crust on mine was nice, light and flaky with sufficient quantity of mushrooms which spilled over into my salad. The pea soup was very yummy with a light drizzle of oil. We ordered the carrot cake, which was more like a slice from a loaf. We also ordered tea and hot water. The server had to be reminded to bring the hot water.

Myself and 4 friends visited The Stable Bistro for lunch. The food was perfect, taste and presentation at a reasonable price. Our server Matt was very professional while making us feel that our business was appreciated. We will definitely visit this lovely Bistro again.

Another fabulous lunch at Stable House. Great food prepared well, accompanied by interesting wines, served by wonderful staff. Well worth the drive from Langley. Recommend highly.

I had a very disappointing experience during my recent visit. The waitress who served us, a french-speaking lady with visible tattoos on her arms, was extremely unprofessional. What made it worse was that she seemed unaware that I understand french, so I was able to overhear her making disrespectful comments about me and my husband. The service was poor, and we felt unwelcome throughout our visit. This was truly disheartening and unacceptable. Unfortunately, we won't be returning after this experience.
