We had nice weather so we decided to eat at The Teahouse in Stanley Park and were seated outside with a large group. I enjoyed the steak the most—it was juicy and one of the best I’ve had for the price. The atmosphere was peaceful and quiet, and we really enjoyed the weather and views that the restaurant has to offer. A great place to relax and enjoy a meal in the park.

Few places in Vancouver capture romance quite like The Teahouse in Stanley Park. Each time we officiate weddings here, we’re reminded why so many couples choose this venue to begin their next chapter together.
Set among towering trees with sweeping views of the ocean and mountains, The Teahouse offers both natural beauty and timeless charm. The elegant dining spaces and patio create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for weddings of small to medium size from intimate ceremonies to joyful receptions.

Came for a birthday dinner. Wow the ambience was so unique homey and welcoming. There is not a bad table in the place. Service by Ian was considerate, friendly and helpful. The portions are generous for us. The salmon was perfect as was the steak. Healthy amount of veggies done just right , not too crunchy not overdone. Ian knew his wines and knew the dishes intimately. What a wonderful experience. Very keen to show-off Vancouver's jewel in Stanley park to put of town friends. In my mind Vancouver's high bar for dinner. Thank you Ian and teahouse.

A lovely location for a summer lunch. There was a wedding taking place in one of its large rooms which was nice to see. Quite busy, but after a short seating delay were well attended. We went with the prix-fixe menu. Our waitress Tiara did a great job and her recommendations were spot-on. The server who brought our food brought us the entrées from the table beside us by mistake, and apologized profusely. Then brought us our appetizers (salad) along with a chocolate torte we ordered? We weren't certain if it was meant as a gesture of apology for the confusion, so accepted it, but never received a second one. It pairs well with the salad I guess? Quite strange.
My partner enjoyed their salad but I found it rather dull, and with zero segmented orange. Ah well.
The mains and desserts were delicious. The duck and sable fish were cooked to perfection. I did note a distracting undercurrent of bitterness overall with the sablefish sides, but the fish itself was excellent.
Overall it is well worth visiting on a lovely summers day.

Elegant outdoor dining at the Teahouse in Stanley Park. The food was excellent, service was great and the setting can't be beat. After lunch, I walked off the calories with a pleasant, easy walk through the woods on the Lover's Trail to the Beaver Pond, continuing on to the Aquarium and the Totems.

My sister and I had an AMAZING lunch here after a walk through Stanley Park, and it by far exceeded our expectations! The food was delicious and our server, Amy, was OUTSTANDING! She was so friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was lovely, sitting outside on the patio with a view of the water. We couldn't ask for a nicer lunch! Thank you!

We went here for my mom’s birthday on Saturday and the service was amazing. We were running an hour behind and they kindly pushed our reso despite it being so busy. We still got window seating as we originally requested and they made my mom’s day by bringing out a complimentary cake! Food was also excellent!
Can I just say they have one of the best salads in town that I tried?

Service was above and beyond, our daughter’s balloon had floated up to the double height vaulted ceiling two times during our brunch. The manager was quick and creative to get it down both times. Food and atmosphere both outstanding as well.

We called to see if the patio is dog friendly, they said it is and I asked if we could make a reservation and they said patio is first come first serve. We drove all the way there with our 5lb dog. We walked in and they said that we can only sit in the red chairs and they will provide full service. We decided to just leave because we were celebrating something and we were planning on getting a bottle of wine and a full dinner. The table at the red chair section would not fit the food. It was very disappointing.
