A great landmark that has been around for over a 100 years under different names. Recommend by the concierge at our hotel and so glad that we took his advice. Food, service and vibe are exactly what a diner should be. Take your kids so that they know what a diner was like…before they are all gone! Old jukebox, door handles shaped like cutlery, tabletop seating, the checkered tiles and fake leather seats…what’s not to love! Bottomless coffee, friendly servers, one main cook in the little kitchen making all the food. Love it! Eggs Bene was the real deal. Checkout for very old milk fridge with a dispenser that probably worked at some point!

Retro diner vibe was cool and the service was fantastic. Sat at the counter with a friend and we both had classic Benny's. Excellent quality eggs and ham and nice fresh muffin with house made hollandaise. And perfectly made potatoes with rosemary. My coffee was promptly refilled without me having to ask and the servers were cheery and polite. Ill definitely try again next time im in Vancouver!

We visited after a recommendation for their vegan meals, and loved it so much we dined here twice during our recent stay in Vancouver.
Both ladies were incredibly welcoming, genuinely chatty, and made us feel like they cared about us as people, not just diners.
The food came out quickly, the portions were generous, and everything was delicious, and well priced! We’re so thrilled this is a accommodative vegan friendly business.
The place is beautiful, with a 60s theme that brings you back to those classic movies. However, service was just the necessary, and food wasn't that good, I ordered avocado toast and orange juice but it wasn't fresh.
