Lowered this from a 5 to 3 for really only one reason: randomly being closed 3 out of the 5 times I've gone to grab a sandwich. Sandwiches are so good that it makes me even more disappointed when I roll up to a closed down shop.

I love this sweet little sandwich & salad shop. It's the perfect destination to grab a quick lunch or sit down for a longer meal. The vibe and staff are always on point and the small outdoor patio is perfect to enjoy one of their on tap beers and sandwiches. I've had the kale & cauliflower salad which was super tasty. The dressing was tangy and it was the a great crunchy salad. The beef dip is also delicious and I especially love the mustard they serve it with. Overall, one of my favourite spots to grab a weekday lunch. Definitely recommend checking this local gem out!!

A solid five-star for this cozy little place. Great selection of beers with very reasonable prices, and very delicious Cuban sandwich. One of the best sandwiches in town for sure. Will give it a try again, very soon.

Went here to try the Cubano sandwich and was not disappointed. Best one I've had in Vancouver for sure. Great beer selection as well. Can't wait for the new location on Granville Island to open!
My wedge salad had what tasted like a balsamic reduction and maple flavoured bacon (turned out to be lardon). I eat salad begrudgingly but loved this - twas really tasty. Quaint decor, friendly staff.

Rustic old school and hearty. These are the words that come to mind when you head over to tuck Shoppe. They're known for their sandwiches and my friend recommended that I try their French onion beef dip. The sandwich comes with their homemade chips and a slice of pickle. A good amount of meat in the sandwich and the bread is crispy on the outside yet soft and has a lot of five in the middle, making easy to take a bite out of their rather large portions. Flavours were good and the French onion dip tasted like French onion soup! If you're looking for a healthy place to grab some food, this isn't your place. If you're looking for a hearty sandwich that will keep you stuffed, head on over!

This place has amazing sandwiches. It's a little place, just on the outskirts of Chinatown. Best beef dip sandwich I've ever had.
