Amazing time, I've just came over for some cocktails the bartender was amazingly she really knew the history behind every single ingredient in the menu, their cocktail menu based on Shakespeare plays was breathtaking, and truthfully creative, definitely a must go.

Had couple cocktails and appies, all great except after we paid our bill we realized that we paid the tip twice! The tip (18%) was already added to the bill, the waitress have never not told us about it. There was just 2 of us. That put a terrible twist to our experience! Very shady! The girl got 38% tip from us.

Slower Monday night, walked in with a 3-top. Service was sub-par. Took quite a while for a server to notice us after we got waters to take our drink order. With an average price of $20ish/cocktail you’d expect them to be pretty decent, however it was overly sweet, served in a champagne flute with an large orange peel flower that pushes the liquid towards you as you tilt to sip.
After our first round of drinks sat empty for another while, when the server came back around to check in on us, she said “oh! Would you like another round?” As she seemed surprised that all three of us were sitting with empty drinks. After having a beer as my second drink, the lingering syrup from the first cocktail was still prominent.
As we settled up and headed to the door, the gentlemen behind the bar was following right behind us to the host stand to either answer the phone or put something away. We expected a “thank you” or a “good night” but unfortunately was no acknowledgment we escorted ourselves out.
$60+ for 1 cocktail, 1 beer and 2 mocktails, I’d be hard-pressed to come back. Better cocktails and much better service elsewhere.

On top of having a gorgeous environment, their food was delicious and the drinks were really well balanced and tasty! The service was incredibly friendly and attentive that night as well. The portions were very reasonable and we all left full and sayisfied. Would definitely return!

Came here several times and the atmosphere does not disappoint! It is a beautiful venue with a great vibe. I’ve tried several different cocktails on their menu and while some were better than others, the bartender was very friendly and knowledgeable about his craft. The food was delicious every time!

Been wanting to try this place because of the ambience/interior decor which definitely did not disappoint. The main bar wall is quite impressive and the leather/suede panellings on the chairs/couches give an elevated but cosy feel. Music is a tad bit loud tho so def on the livelier side. Drinks wise, decided to try something new and get the eve on the arno whch basically was a charcuterie board in a drink. Wont be reordering as the cheese foam got kinda too salty near the end and it was hard to drink/eat without a small utensil. Was very interesting tho and no regrets! 6.5/10 Didnt try the food so cant speak to that. Service was great! We went around 6:30 and got seated immediately

Our server was pushing drinks. We asked her to move our table due to the sun setting in our eyes. She told us we couldn't move due to a group coming and couldn't see the group. Hmmm?? The food was smallish portions. Tasty and good.
My friends and I recently dined here and we were pleasantly surprised with the ambiance, service and food. The food was one of the best we've experienced recently. The flavours were phenomenal. I had the steelhead trout and it just melted in my mouth. We also had the toast with mushrooms, grilled prawns and more. All were excellent. Our server, Victoria was wonderful and definitely experienced with her job. The place was also beautiful with a nice vibe. We'll be back.

The lamb ribs and wild mushroom toast were delicious, however the braised beef cheeks was disappointing. The risotto was flavourful but the beef cheeks were excessively salty. Pleasant ambience - soft lighting and comfortable seating.

The chicken roulade was superb. What a wonderful mix of interesting flavours. The chicken was tender and juicy. Washed down with “letters from a Daimyo”. A really lovely dinner served in a comfortable setting with excellent service.
