Wine they served was awful. Tasted like water. Beer was bad quality. They also didn't tell us they will not have any live music on New Year day. Which they always had.

Great food, reasonable price. Good service, clean, friendly, and welcoming. I came in expecting a dark, loud atmosphere, and found a welcoming, space that was just right. Tv's for sports, lots of people enjoying the food, drink and conversation. True pub style.

Returned here after more than 15 years...and it looked exactly the same, no renos/updates and probably no cleaning either! Feels pretty classic Irish pub. Good selection on tap, and daily specials. The Cottage Pie was fantastic, but the disappointing Guinness Mac & Cheese was missing the crucial gooey cheesey sauce. Wonderful side salads with tasty dressing.

Good pub. Nice atmosphere, friendly folks, good menu options, some traditional pub food and decent vegetarian options. Standard draught choices from the bigboys as well as some from local breweries. Several different areas where you can sit, in case you want to avoid the big screen tellys. Mens room could have been cleaner. Will come back again!

There are a few gems in Vancouver still standing, and The Wolf and Hound is one of them. In a city plagued with bars that come and go with trends, bland atmospheres and horrible service, The Wolf and Hound is a refuge for people that still enjoy the pleasures of good pint, good music and atmosphere. Highly recommended.

Their live music is way too loud after 23:00, I live near this bar(but it’s not even on the same block) their music is so loud at first I thought I was hearing the music from next door. We don’t need to hear your music especially someone who has a kid and try to make them sleep!!!! It’s against by laws, need to be considerate for the neighbours.
